Have you ever been asked to attend a business meeting, a conference, a cocktail reception or a client party and found yourself worrying about how you will conduct yourself in such a function.

How am I going to handle myself? What am I going to say? To whom would I talk? What would I do? I do not want to spend the whole party hiding behind a glass of drink wishing that I did not come in the first place?
