About this ebook
Healing requires humility, which results only after injury; healing commands time to process before repair, even from trauma with a lowercase t.
Discomfort does not have to move into suffering. Growth may look beautiful as the results unfold, but it may be excruciating during the process for the grower. There is a reason why they are called growing pains.
Every difficulty is an opportunity to move into wisdom, if we can allow ourselves to be molded by the flow of possibility, sometimes called uncertainty.
Follow Sara’s journey from victim to victor to see where your journey may align. We all have the potential to heal, just by looking closely.
