Honest Business People - Evan Levitt
The Honest Business People
Common Sense Outline In Order
To Succeed In Business!
All potential customers will want to do business with companies that promote the following to the general public:
Proof of a registered business with a Government business registration number.
Proof of a legitimate business by having a legitimate business address with phone number and fax number that is registered in the phone book, on the Internet and can be verified. Never use a post office box number, as all potential consumers will think that you are a bunch of scam-artists.
All businesses must be on the Internet with an excellent web page which should include the following: Company name, type of business, company address, postal code, area code, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, Government business registration number, a fully detailed description of the business promoting your products, services, warranties and price lists if possible.
Always promote the Government business registration number in the entrance storefront window of the business, yellow pages, Internet, company car, company truck, advertisements, flyers, brochures, business cards, etc, etc.
To keep things very simple in pricing with a I consumers always promote all taxes, shipping and handling costs by registered mail only are included in the price of the products and services. Always round off to even numbers in pricing such as $5.00, $6.00, $1 0, etc, etc, never use prices like $4.99, $3.89, etc, etc, as you are turning off consumers by confusing them. Always promote your 1 3products and services to all consumers and businesses as being tax deductible, comes with a tax deductible receipt, 30-day money back guarantee or item exchange policy with proof of a receipt and also promote that your company offers security verification codes through banks and creditors to avoid credit card fraud for online merchant purchases. Promoting all of these things will help to vastly improve sales.
Companies that are offering free services to get the consumers interest that is subsidized by better paying services. A good example is lifetime free Internet and phone services being offered to all consumers. These free services are now being subsidized by adveråising, porn, E-Commerce retailing and gambling to keep the Internet and phone services free, as no consumer wants to pay for these 2 awful services anyways.
Companies that give consumers a 30-day free trial of their paid services with no obligation to buy.
Companies that are involved in casual dress instead of formal dress. Slacks and a nice T-shirt look great, as nobody needs a suit and tie.
Companies that are very cost-effective, innovative, diversified, self-sufficient in business, promote total integrity and credibility at all times to all consumers.
Very business sense oriented, easy to do business with and very well organized.
Excellent in public relations, extremely neat in appearance with clean breath, excellent salesmanship, friendly, sociable, knowledgeable and have a great disposition when dealing with the general public by always acknowledging telemarketers, door to door salesmen, solicitors, e-mails, faxes, letters, customer and business visitors right away. In other words, never act arrogant, sarcastic or be very rude to any potential customers.
Companies that keep their business practices very simp e and user friend y by never confusing consumers with sophisticated things.
A highly recognized company that is honest and reputable.
Companies that have a very good reputation with the general public and a high standard of approval.
Companies that never ever have comp aints, disputes, get bad mouthed and defamed by the general public.
Companies that honour all warranties and guarantees with proof of a tax-deductible receipt for services that have been rendered. A lawyer’s contract agreement is needed in certain business applications.
Companies that advertise a lot promoting top quality products and services to customers by giving the customer at least a 5-year parts and labour warranty. Most businesses in general have absolutely nothing to offer to the consumer, the result is a loss of very unsatisfied customers, which will lead to the possibility of a business failure.
Companies that always keep their offices, retail stores, restaurants, bars, washrooms, etc, etc, looking clean, neat and tidy at all times. Dumpy and dirty ooking buildings wi scare a l potential customers away from doing business with YOU. Fumigating is very important as well as investing in ant traps and the 1 20-volt plug-in Pest-Free devices.
Honest reputable companies that promote a lot of integrity and cred•bility to a I potential customers. All companies who are dealing with the general public must always remember that the customer always comes first at all times and is always right at all times without a doubt. The minute any company acts arrogant or very rude to a customer, ignores a customer, does not he p a customer, lies to a customer, pisses off a customer, scams or rips off a customer you just might as well kiss the God damn business good-bye. A very unsatisfied customer will a ways make complaints, disputes, bad mouth and defame companies that he or she have had very bad experiences with and for sure will never ever do business with your company ever again. Always be friendly with door to door salesmen and telemarketers, as these people will give your business good referra s if you are nice to them. They can bad mouth and defame your business if you are rude to them.
Very satisfied customers will always come back to companies that he or she have been complete y satisfied with for repeat business and will always give good referrals and recommendations to other people that your company is a good company to do business with Companies only kill their own business by being scam-artists, rip-off artists, fly by night operators, dishonest, crooked, acting arrogant and very rude towards the general public. Way too many businesses are like this today unfortunately. When companies develop very bad reputations for themselves by being dishonest and crooked they usually end up bankrupt within 2 to 3 years. It always pays to be an honest reputable company right from day 1 developing excel ent business to customer relationships, which is the key to business success. Companies that can establish very good customer relationships will be in business for many years to come.
Companies that get a lot of recognition, referrals, great business write up reviews by very satisfied customers, the media, newspapers, magazines that are legit, Ralph Nader and of course Honest Business People as long as your company uses and implements all of our great business advice ideas which will prove to everybody out there that your company is an honest reputable company and not a scam-artist company which accounts for about 90% of all businesses these days.
COMPANIES THAT NEVER PROMOTE THESE TERRIBLE SIGNS OF NEGATIVITY TO VERY DISSATISFIED CONSUMERS:
No Soliciting, No Solicitors, No Salesmen, No Peddlers, No Loitering, No Browsing In The Store, Washrooms Are For Customers Only, Pay For Parking, No Parking, Limited Parking Time, Parking Is For Customers Only, Limited Customer Sit Down Time, No Trespassing, Cars Will Be Towed Away At The Owners Expense, No Spamming on a Website and No Smoking.
These terrible signs and promotions are actually scaring good potential customers and salesmen away from doing a lot of potential business with your company. In general you are really pissing off potential customers by being very rude and unfriendly. When you promote these signs you might as well say NO CUSTOMERS NEEDED OR WANTED.
Companies that a ways say hello, how are you? When someone walks in through the door. Always greet the person with a firm handshake. Always make great efforts to help the customer with his or her needs right away. Always say thank you, hope to do business with you again sometime after services have been rendered. Be polite with the customer at all times. Excellent public relations is one of the keys to business success, as the customer always comes first at all times and is always right at all times without a doubt. It makes a great impression to be very polite, friendly, sociable, knowledgeable and helpful with all potential customers. After all nobody likes arrogant, ignorant, rude and vulgar salesmen. All you are doing is scaring potential customers away by being an asshole. This type of behavior will lead to a loss of very unsatisfied customers, a lot of complaints, disputes, bad mouthing and slandering against the company by very unsatisfied customers who were pissed off by your companies’ arrogance, rudeness, ignorance, unethical business practices and scam-artist tactics. The possibility of a business failure can result due to this type of behavior.
Companies that always adhere to ethical business practices in selling, truth in advertising are never involved in wrongful dismissals, curbing unfair competition, fraudulent promotions, sophisticated and unethical business practices, act arrogant, sarcastic, ignorant and very rude towards the general public.
Companies that are not employer job seeker game-players, giving people runarounds about the jobs. These companies will be bad mouthed and defamed by the potential employee who you refused the job to. It’s there revenge against the company. Nobody likes business to business game players either giving people all kinds of runarounds about business partnerships, services, etc, etc.
Companies that offer the 30-day money back guarantee policy and item exchange policy with proof of a receipt. This will help to avoid complaints and disputes by very unsatisfied customers. Companies that charge reasonable prices for their products and services with long warranties, as no consumer likes to be scammed or ripped off badly. The consumer will make complaints, disputes, bad mouth, defame and file for a plaintiff litigation lawsuit against
any scam-artist company.
Companies that outline all their products and services which includes the Government registration number, price lists, warranties, types of materials, manufacturers origin, literature, head office address, website address, e-mail address, area code, phone number, fax number, operators, programming and service manuals that are user friendly.
All consumers are completely fed up with nebulous businesses such as:
Low end Flea Market Vendors, Street Vendors, Grocery Stores, Variety Stores, Restaurants, Bars, Retailers, Manufacturers, Coffee Shops, Donut Shops, Health Clubs, Medical Clinics, Massage Parlors, Sun-Tanning Shops, Tattoo Shops, Escort Services, Head Shops, Video Shops, Religious Cult Places, Arcades, Pool Halls, Mail Order Companies, Dating Service, Employment, Model, Talent, Business Protection, Collection and Credit Card Counseling Agencies.
The above businesses have very high business failure rates. These types of businesses are all low life scumbag businesses that do not promote integrity or credibility to any potential consumer whatsoever.
The businesses that will succeed in the 21 st Century are of the following:
Hi-Tech Electronic Companies, High End Manufacturers, Computer Companies, Medical Research Firms, Pharmaceutical Companies, Film Production Companies, Audio Engineering Firms, Broadcast Stations, TV Networks, Publishing Firms, Advertising Companies, Architectural Firms, Law Firms, Graphic Design Companies, Web Design and Web Development Companies, Cartooning Companies, High End Retailers, High End Audio Shops, High End Cigar Shops, Business Directories, Search Engines, E-mail Companies, Internet Service Providers, Telecommunication Companies, Satellite TV Networks, Casinos, Lotteries, Games, Bingo, Pornography and Consumer Advocate Groups like Honest Business People.
Companies that aim and strive to be the very best in the business of their particular industry.
Companies that are highly recognized by being a Fortune 500 Company. The company is number 1 in quality, sales, customer service, customer satisfaction, advertising, marketing, public relations, employer-employee, business to customer and business to business relations. Having a very good reputation with the general public is one of the keys to business SUCCESS.
Companies that will always do business with other companies on the consignment basis. This will help to develop excellent business to business relationships, lower the overhead costs to the retailers and avoid business to business disputes.
Companies that have great potential, growth, always expanding their business operations into global markets, hiring a lot of new employees, showing large net profits instead of large net losses.
Companies that are highly recognized on the stock market by the Stock Brokers Association and are always finding large investors to buy shares in the company to help the company continue to expand their operations.
Companies that can keep their overhead costs down and only spend money on things where the company is going to benefit from by turning over large net profits instead of large net losses.
Companies that always invest in real estate by buying their own buildings instead of leasing them. The high rental costs or high ease costs of the building is the biggest expense to any business. Buying real estate is a great company investment as it generates equity and helps to keep expenses down. Never make the landlord wealthy by paying high rent to a landlord. Way too many businesses fail each year because of high rental costs. If you have to rent or lease a building always shop around and bargain with the landlords. Home based businesses and Internet related businesses are the 2 best types of businesses, as your overhead costs, including advertising are extremely low.
Companies that offer free newspaper, coffee, donuts, pop, snacks, etc, etc, to all potential customers. All companies should have water fountains and vending machines.
Companies that have an excel ent letter opener at the front entrance for night drop off to avoid having the person come back in the morning to make the delivery. A mailroom is an excellent idea for
