About this ebook

This short book is my account of a near-death experience I had when my body ran out of vitamin B1. I died, got shocked back to the mortal coil, and spent a little time in a coma. I woke up with brain damage that changed my life. This is what I experienced on the "other side."

Prophet Margin - Book 3 in The Sentinel Saga. Lies, manipulation, money, and religious fervor have never been a good mix. Having narrowly avoided a nuclear war, the world turns to religion as they collect themselves. Unfortunately, the religious figures that stand out the most are prophets whose messages are whipping the world back into a frenzy. This is not a coincidence. Their collective rhetoric is very intentional, and very dangerous. The Sentinel must untangle the mystery of these false prophets and their endgame before war erupts.

    About the Author

    Introduction

You may wonder why I would need to write a second edition of this book. I can’t argue with your thought process. It’s a good question. It also has a fairly simple answer. I held a lot back. Why?

    I was scared.

I can understand how many of you would think of this as a childish excuse, and maybe even a money-making ploy, or a chance to use this book as a platform for speaking out about an unpopular opinion. I can only assure you those are not the case. I value honesty, very highly, so I want to be honest – completely honest – with you. You’re reading my book. It’s not a work of fiction, and I promise that nothing in this, or the first edition, is a lie. The first edition simply wasn’t complete, because I was terrified – for a number of reasons – to write down and publish some things for anybody on the planet to read.

I’m going to do that now.

Did I mention that I was scared? Folks, I’m mortified. Just reading through this book triggers my PTSD in all sorts of ways. When I say, I’m scared, I’m really not joking.

    I’ll start my explanation there.

First, when I died, I got some brain damage. Several things were affected – vision, speech, balance, et cetera – including one I didn’t expect: the parts of my brain that categorize, compartmentalize, and process fear. The end result
