I started writing this book on the night of Zul Hijah, remembering that those Muslims who will be doing the pilgrimage supplicate with their hands raised and eyes in tears seeking refuge from God and repentance fearing the day they meet their Lord and deeds as witness in the hereafter.

I closed my eyes to visualize the Muslims, each, and every one of them in tears seeking protection on that terrified Judgement Day,

I can’t imagine the hardships on that day faced by non-Muslims when their heads lowered in disgrace and shame for the non-compliance worshipping not the real God who created the universe. And worse living this life in arrogance and transgress against the Lord. They think that wealth guarantees this worldly life and want to live if possible a long life.

But what’s worth when at 75 sickness creeps in with high blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and more....

Some of the non-Muslims never knew that life has purpose, that is to seek truth and worship the real God and true religion. And follow the path of pious life so as to achieve success in the hereafter.

Some doesn’t know the reason of creations and the test to justify faith and prove of eligibility to enter paradise.

And worse ignorant of what will happen after death, what happen after the soul separates from the body.

USE THE BRAIN TO THINK

This book is a series of Muslims and reverts guidance to understand more about Islam. It is written to talk about challenges facing Muslims, some relevant tips, and solutions. 

The best book is to write a simple book without technical jargons and heavy concepts. The author will do his best to show evidence, such as verses from the Quran and hadith. The author also inserts some questions and replies to create an interactive book. However, with humiliation and respect the author feels there are much better book then this small book. 

Disclaimer: the author hope that readers will do research to understand more about Islam, and act as an agent of change perhaps for the reader and people he knows.  I supplicate that may Allah SWT reward the reader and author as a good deed that Allah SWT. Please share this book with others as a gift or dakwa.

Why I wrote this book

I have been trying to write this book and procrastinating it for months, because the topic is huge, whereas readers may not prepare themselves to look into this topic.

The first thing I did is to supplicate to God to bestowed upon me the strength to write this book with wisdom by saying in my supplication:

O My Lord,  I can’t write the future that awaits mankind on resurrection and on the day of judgement, I need your guidance to move pillars of mountains to write with wisdom, I seek refuge from neglections in submission to your will. I did some research but as a typical man, I am not that intelligent to influence people to submit to You and prepare them to face justice on that terrified day, where every person will try to escape on the day of terror. Please my Lord help me

I laid the cards in front of me and visualize that every card is a man who has problems on that day, it can be criminal acts, Fornication, addictions, infidelity, corruption, and the list of issues increased.

Wow, I put my hand on my heart and said:

"O My Lord, please give me strength to write this book, step-by-step, it is like a thousand steps, but I will write one topic at a time, for me to gather strength in prayers and supplication. I raise my hands and submit to Your will my Lord".

I knelt and prostrated my head on my prayer mat and said deeply in my heart. "O my Gracious Lord, please guide me!"

There are a lot of books for you to discover about Islam, this book is just a small gift to humanity as a proactive approach to remind ourselves and friends to revitalize our faith in the oneness of God and increase our understanding regarding Islam and Muslims.

When you first notice this book, I reckon your first impression is that it is rubbish, the thoughts that flow into your mind is perhaps the road to paradise never exist, it is just the thinking of backward nation. Unnourished children, illiterate adults, and backdated technology.

The reason for such perspective is usually the background, culture or society that the person lives in, he feels that his opinion is on the right track but at the same time lacks a holistic view of life by looking at other facets of thoughts and views of others, perhaps it may change his mind.

We are in a condition that the gauge between nation and people is technology, whoever leads technology conquers the world, and every nation starts the race to get the fastest optic fiber, the latest phones, gadgets and not to mention games.

TECHNOLOGY CHANGED OUR LIFES

Nowadays even a primary one student is carrying the handphone, you turn your head, you will notice at least 99% are gazing the small screen, just to past the time. People are stuck and eyes glued to the screen during walking and crossing the road, in the bus, in the train, meeting people, eating with their food. They turn pages and pages on a site, listening to updates on YouTube channels that they subscribed, and you know listening to music and the latest news....wait

It seems our life has been shortened to just looking at the screen as if brainwashed. Isn’t it scary every person you meet in the train are gazing at the screen.

We have no choice but take whatever inputs given to ask without asking questions. Even kids in nursery watching the channel, at the end it becomes habit and addictions. Nothing to do, no worries just flip the phone, and BAM lots of entertainment from movies to the latest
