Foreward
This is a time of repose for so many. The world was tired of staying locked up and so there were breakouts occurring everywhere in the world. Thousands upon thousands of people are once again joining together even though there are those who say it isn’t over. Yet the ones who should be celebrating with us are instead continuing to give us fear. And this all pertains to the bad habits of the media whose only goal is to market their products. But there are those of us who can see through these cracks and even some watching the news are becoming aware of the games they play, and the game is to keep us watching at any cost.
Formerly, our unemployment rate in this country was astronomical as millions had lost their jobs. We are now regaining our footing as the unemployment rate has lowered.
At first, they told us to stay home and not go out and then they frightened us with news of low employment and a destroyed economy. They didn’t say temporary unemployment,
they didn’t say unemployment before recovery.
They told us we were doomed unless we adhered to what they were saying and did not care if what they told us was true or not. This, in fact, still holds true, because that is the habit of the media. We do not need to live in the fear which is forced upon us just so that they can sell their products. We just need to see things as they truly are.
Yet no matter what is said regarding serious research or solid reasoning, those who are glued to their TV sets are not necessarily willing to change. What is more dangerous than anything else, is passivity. An objective person doubts and relies on truth in order to advance and does not rely on ready-made answers which pop up every minute, of every hour, of every day. Yet no paper, no scientist, and no reasonable explanations will ever change the minds of those who have already been convinced. Any contradictory information to what they are told and choose to believe is passed off as fake news and disinformation. Those are the blind-faith believers who are steadfast in discounting the opinions of those in opposition.
In searching for news outside the confines of mainstream media, I have found a wealth of new information. I am blown away by how many world-renowned professionals from all walks of life, whether they be doctors, economists, scientists, microbiologists, virologists, epidemiologists and the like, who are willing to come forward and speak their truth, only to be censored time and time again. These professionals are the heart and soul of this book which is based on their opinions. I very much wanted to venture outside the confines of mainstream news so I did some serious searching. What I found was newsworthy information pouring in from all corners of the world. There is an infinite amount of information readily available on the subject of the pandemic if we just look to find it. Actually, I could write volumes based on all the information that is available, but this book must end somewhere. Still, there is so much more waiting to be discovered.
Preface
The book you are about to read is comprised of news articles from various different sources, some of which paint pictures of a world mired in corruption because of the unsavory practices of our local politicians, Big Pharma, governments and the media. We can indeed create change if we rise above the lies telling us that chaos is front and center of all that is happening and nothing else. When we seek to make this world a happier one, we have God’s blessing. And then... and then... nothing is impossible. We can certainly help the process by being the best we can be, as kind, caring and compassionate beings.
When enough people join together in this way, we find that there is a far better world waiting to show itself. However, the media promotes false beliefs which in itself creates fear. Absent fear, we need not be limited as the media persists in conditioning us to believe these great distortions of truth. If we believe we are helpless victims, then we are indeed powerless to create change.
There are so many sources outside of mainstream media which gives us a different view of things. We can’t always know what is true, but we can always know what feels to be true and relying on our own inner wisdom is sometimes the best source of truth. At least by venturing outside of the mainstream, we get other viewpoints and thus draw our own conclusions from that. So much of what is true is censored and suppressed by the media.
When we can rely on the good nature of those who want to make this a better and a safer place, not only for the entirety of the nation but for the world, then change will come about more rapidly than we might anticipate. Nonetheless, this is a realistic endeavor because they are the ones who will tell us the truth and fight for our freedoms. If enough of us learn to practice love, kindness and compassion, then the world will change accordingly. Love overcomes fear and has the power to change the world to one of peace, does exist. We just need to find those leaders who can, and will, make it happen.
I truly believe the world is waking up to a newer and better reality and once that happens, we can only venture forward. What will change the world is when we are no longer willing to yield to the misguided wishes of the few and start relying on the Herculean strength of the many. Joined together we can move mountains. Only then will we go up the ladder to a greater and more fulfilling reality. Believe it or not, it is already happening - the scales are tipping. Larger and larger groups of people are beginning to wake up to the reality of what is truly happening all around the world.
Understanding that peace is also happiness, is a giant leap towards achieving it. Above all, we deserve to be happy. Understanding that peace cannot co-exist with fear lies the recognition that we have taken another giant step forward.
No one has the power to deprive us of our rights to peace, least of all the media if we do not invest so heavily in it.
Introduction
The coronavirus is garnering the attention of the entire world. We had been locked in isolation for long periods of time and the news was, and continues to be, causing great fear in so many. We were not told that malaria, typhoid, HIV and other epidemics caused the death tolls to be much higher. Because the numbers are so much lower than that of previous diseases, it does not warrant these severe types of restrictions.
We have all been transformed in one way or another because of this global lockdown. For this reason, there is always a constant thrust of fear being forced upon us while businesses have collapsed, and the economy has suffered. Those in global control use their powers to keep entire countries in isolation in order to gain control over the entire population.
These control measures were put in place so that we are not challenging governments and people are much easier to control. We were convinced that to gather with others was life threatening. This is a very clever strategy. We are much more manageable as a population if we believe that going outside and talking to people is going to kill us.
This is a time to reflect and use our consciousness in sync with the transformations taking place so that we will be prepared and not fearful. Our freedoms have been curtailed in many ways. Yet this does not mean we need to be quaking in our shoes either. We need instead to use those restrictions to our own benefit by being more loving, creative and productive.
Instead of wasting our time in fear, it is far better to focus on the transformation which is now taking place which can actually enrich us mentally, emotionally and spiritually if we remain strong. One thing that can never be defiled is freedom of the mind, which is so much greater than freedom of the body.
Chapter 1
The pharmaceutical industry is unique in that all large pharmaceutical firms explicitly state that they are focused on promoting patient welfare, yet the majority of large pharmaceutical companies engage in illegal activities that harm patient welfare,
said Denis G. Arnold, a coauthor of the study and a professor at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.
Jusitice department announces largest healthcare fraud settlement in its history
American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. and its subsidiary Pharmacia & Upjohn Company Inc. have agreed to pay $2.3 billion, the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice, to resolve a civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products, the Justice Department announced.
Four U.S. Companies will pay $26 billion to settle claims that fueled the opiod crisis
Four of the largest U.S. Corporations have agreed to pay roughly $26 billion to settle a tsunami of lawsuits linked to claims that their business practices helped fuel the deadly opioid crisis. Johnson & Johnson, the consumer products and health giant that manufactured generic opioid medications will contribute $5 billion to the settlement.
You can’t sue Pfizer or Moderna if you have severe COVID vaccine side effects. The government likely won’t compensate you for damages either
If you experience severe side effects after getting a COVID vaccine, lawyers tell CNBC there is basically no one to blame in a U.S. court of law.
The federal government has granted companies like Pfizer and Moderna immunity from liability if something unintentionally goes wrong with their vaccines.
It is very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed
said Rogge Dunn, a Dallas labor and employment attorney. You also can’t sue the Food and Drug Administration for authorizing a vaccine for emergency use, nor can you hold your employer accountable if they mandate inoculation as a condition of employment.
Congress created a fund specifically to help cover lost wages and out-of-pocket medical expenses for people who have been irreparably harmed by a covered countermeasure,
such as a vaccine. But it is difficult to use and rarely pays. Attorneys say it has compensated less than 6% of the claims filed in the last decade.
Immune to lawsuits
In February, Health and Human Services secretary Alex Azar invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act. The 2005 law empowers the HHS secretary to provide legal protection to companies making or distributing critical medical supplies, such as vaccines and treatments, unless there’s "willful misconduct by the company. The protection lasts until 2024.
That means that for the next two years, these companies cannot be sued for money damages in court
over injuries related to the administration or use of products to treat or protect against COVID.
HHS declined CNBC’s request for an interview.
Dunn thinks a big reason for the unprecedented protection has to do with the expedited timeline.
When the government said, ‘We want you to develop this four or five times faster than you usually do,’ most likely the manufacturers said to the government, we want you, the government, to protect us from multimillion-dollar lawsuits
said Dunn.
It’s very rare for a blanket immunity law to be passed ...Pharmaceutical companies typically aren’t offered much liability protection under the law
The quickest vaccine ever developed was for mumps. It took four years and was licensed in 1967. Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine was developed and cleared for emergency use in eight months—a fact that has fueled public mistrust of the Coronavirus inoculation in the U.S.
Roughly 4 in 10 Americans say they would definitely
or probably
not get vaccinated, according to a recent survey by the Pew Research Center. While this is lower than it was two months ago, it still points to a huge trust gap.
But drug makers like Pfizer continue to reassure the public no shortcuts were taken. This is a vaccine that was developed without cutting corners,
CEO Dr. Albert Bourla said in an interview with CNBC’s Squawk Box
on Monday. This is a vaccine that is getting approved by all authorities in the world. That should say something.
The legal immunity granted to pharmaceutical companies doesn’t just guard them against lawsuits. Dunn said it helps lower the cost of immunizations.
The government doesn’t want people suing the companies making the COVID vaccine. Because then, the manufacturers would probably charge the government a higher price per person per dose,
Dunn explained.
Pfizer and Moderna did not return CNBC’s request for comment on their legal protections.
Is anyone liable?
Remember, vaccine manufacturers aren’t the ones approving their product for mass distribution. That’s the job of the FDA.
Which begs the question, can you sue the U.S. government if you have an extraordinarily bad reaction to a vaccine?
Again, the answer is no.
You can’t sue the FDA for approving or disapproving a drug,
said Dorit Reiss, a professor at the University of California Hastings College of Law. That’s part of its sovereign immunity.
There are limited exceptions, but Dunn said he didn’t think they provide a viable legal path to hold the federal government responsible for a COVID vaccine injury.
Bringing workers back to the office in a post- COVID world also carries with it a heightened fear of liability for its employers. Lawyers across the country say their corporate clients are reaching out to them to ask whether they can require employees to get immunized.
Dunn’s clients who run businesses serving customers in person or on site are most interested in mandating a COVID vaccine for staff.
They view it as a selling point,
Dunn said. "It’s particularly
