Maresha holds degrees in Teaching, Education, Wholistic & Macrobiotic Counseling & Energy Medicine. She is a Senior Amrit Yoga Teacher & the Founder of Resonance Movement and Resonance Healing. Her background & experience in Spiritual & Theological training is diverse. She has held a teaching ministry for the last 30 years, has trained extensively in Eastern Medicine, & has been initiated into the Kundalini Shaktipat lineage.
