About this ebook

In today’s world we live in a culture of truth suppression. This is true in representative democracies like the United States as well as full totalitarian dictatorships like Communist China.

This book covers many areas of major lies like Global Warming, perverted doctrines taught in schools, Politics, News Suppression, Communist China, limitations in Spirituality, deficit spending, and problems with globalism.

There are many different types of truth suppression and as much as we would like to think that we live in an advanced culture and world, this effort by different entities to suppress truth affects our lives negatively in many ways.

The most direct effect is that we live in fear of the future of our world which is a big lie.

This suppression also keeps us from fully realizing our spiritual natures and that we do have the ability to accomplish amazing things when we live with full honesty in our lives.

I believe that individuals are closest to a state of happiness when they live their lives in truth. (See my book “A New Paradigm of Truth and Happiness” for more information.)

There are actions we can take to correct this situation but they are mass actions which need many persons involved to have a real effect. A list of these actions are given later in this book.

The Suppression of Truth in the United States and the World - Martin Ettington

(See my book A New Paradigm of Truth and Happiness for more information.)

There are actions we can take to correct this situation but they are mass actions which need many persons involved to have a real effect. A list of these actions are given later in this book.

    2.0 Why Truth is Important

Curious about the importance of truth in our lives?

Without the truth, there can be no real morality, justice, equality, unity, success, freedom, love, security, peace, spirituality or even survival.

Only the truth can stop the wars and make the world the paradise it can be.

Common denominator: The truth is the only thing that can unite all human beings. It is what we all have in common, and that will never change. There is only one sky for all of us. Everyone eats, breathes, is born and dies, etc. The ultimate truth is universal truth; it is the same for everyone, everywhere. It always has been and always will be. We can now know the truth about life and death.

The difference between knowing and not knowing is checking. Nothing could be simpler. If you care enough about the truth to check what it is, you will know the truth of life. The sad truth is, most people do not care, and mankind and our world are being destroyed as a result. If you care, now is the time to prove it.

If everyone looked at the big picture of life, we would see the same thing. This simple thing would unite human beings, and we would live in paradise.

Right and wrong: Without the ultimate truth, no one really knows what to do or why to do it, and that is becoming very dangerous. About ten countries are known to have nuclear weapons, and it is estimated that at least thirty-two countries are trying to get them. There are also biological and chemical weapons, and people do not know right from wrong yet. Weapons technology is evolving faster than we are. Technology is making it easier and easier for fewer and fewer people to do greater and greater damage.

Just greed will destroy the environment if the truth is not seen soon.

People are going to have to see the value of the universal truth.

It will create a unity we need for survival and our future evolution. If people do not, there will be no future, no matter what you or anyone else wants to believe. Wishful, hopeful thinking is what is creating most of the BS that will lead to the end of mankind very soon. We live in a fragile environment, and very few can see how fragile.

Truth alone will endure, all the rest will be swept away before the tide of time. I must continue to bear testimony to truth even if I am forsaken by all. Mine may today be a voice in the wilderness, but it will be heard when all other voices are silenced, if it is the voice of Truth. — Mahatma Gandhi

Optimism is a good thing to a point, but people are way too sure everything will work out well. That is not what the evidence says. Without the truth, there is no hope. This is why it is essential that people learn the truth soon. Right and wrong cannot be known without knowing what is true and what is not true.

Great power without great understanding will destroy much of what we have gained over a very long time. We may not kill the whole human race, but we will set it back in a catastrophic way for certain and do it very soon.

    3.0 Why Suppression Happens

There are several reasons for suppression of the truth which I would classify as being of the following types:

First, some people want to control others. This may be either politically, socially, at work or in many other areas. Ultimately they do this to make more money or to satisfy their egos from telling others what to do because they also want power.

Second it can make individuals feel better or less embarrassed by creating a more positive image. If a man is talking to a new friend they are going to want to make a good impression. No one is going to say that they just finished a term in jail to make a positive impression.

Third has to do with shading a point of view. Cable news networks do this a lot because they want watchers to support their political point of view.

A good example were the negative news stories about President Trump by the leftist news networks like CNN, MSNBC, PBS, and others of similar leanings. It is estimated that 92 percent of the coverage of him while he was in office was negative and slanted to the left.

Suppression of truth has gone on throughout human history. The best we can do is to have the unimpeded right to free speech in laws and make sure that communications channels are objective and not biased.

    4.0 Suppression By the Media

The main stream media quit being real reporters a couple of decades ago. Now they are just shills for their leftist masters.

Here are 25 rules of disinformation which the drive by media use to suppress truth in news and reporting:

Note: The first rule and last five (or six, depending on situation) rules are generally not directly within the ability of the traditional disinfo artist to apply. These rules are generally used more directly by those at the leadership, key players, or planning level of the criminal conspiracy or conspiracy to cover up.

    (1) Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil ~ Regardless of what you know, don’t discuss it — especially if you are a public figure, news anchor, etc. If it’s not reported, it didn’t happen, and you never have to deal with the issues.

Example: Media was present in the courtroom (Hunt vs. Liberty Lobby) when CIA agent Marita Lorenz ‘confession’ testimony regarding CIA direct participation in the planning and assassination of John Kennedy was revealed. All media reported was that E. Howard Hunt lost his libel case against Liberty Lobby (Liberty Lobby’s newspaper, The Spotlight, had reported Hunt was in Dallas that day and were sued for the story). See Mark Lane’s remarkable book, Plausible Denial, for the full confessional transcript.

Proper response: There is no possible response unless you are aware of the material and can make it public yourself. In any such attempt, be certain to target any known silent party as likely complicit in
