A Moment of Gratitude
img2.jpgTo my first love, who is Jesus Christ. I thank you for this moment in time! You loved me before I truly loved myself. You have saved me from the plethora of bad decisions I have made and continue to make in my life. Thank you for going before me, being with me, never leaving me, and never forsaking me (Deuteronomy 31:6, NKJV) I do not ever desire to be anywhere without you so I pray that I always delight myself in you and you will give me the desires of my heart (Psalm 37:4, NKJV). I love you and praise your Holy name.

She also knew that if she stayed in the home, she probably would not be here with us today. She had no credit established but she knew her source, God. She knew that her children and she would be better together, and she knew that she could do anything as long as she trusted God. It was very common for grandparents to raise their grandchildren, which is why I said an easy opportunity. Instead, my mom would start working part-time
