#1
We have all been fascinated by the world of magick as children, and we have all grown up and forgotten about it. But now we are ready to reawaken that interest and bring magick back into our lives.
#2
The truth is, everyone has psychic ability, including you. witches do not consort with or battle demons, vampires, zombies, or other monsters. They have better things to do. Not all witches worship ancient gods and goddesses, and not all witches have remarkable psychic powers.
#3
A witch is someone who uses his or her power along with the natural laws of the universe to shape reality in accordance with his or her purposes. Witchcraft is the practice of manipulating energy through various means to produce a desired result. Magick is the transformation that occurs when a witch/magician bends or shapes energy using paranormal techniques.
#4
Witches share many concepts with other people, and they are not linked with the practice of witchcraft itself. They may, however, embrace the beliefs of their families or culture.
#5
Witches believe that there are realms beyond our earth that are inhabited by nonphysical beings. Some witches honor certain gods or goddesses, and others believe that everything on earth has a divine essence or soul.
#6
The cycle of birth–life–death is common to all of us, but for many witches, the cycle does not stop there. Instead of life ending when the body dies, they believe that an individual’s soul, spirit, or personal energy travels to a realm beyond the physical one and will eventually be reborn in another body in another time and place.
#7
Modern witches share some common ground with shamans. They respect nature, and view the earth as a living, breathing entity that they must honor and protect. They do not conquer and control it like many people do.
#8
Witches try to engage in practices that enrich both themselves and the earth. They recognize that we are dependent on the earth, and they strive to live in harmony with all of nature.
#9
A witch may hold special meaning for a rock, a flower, an herb, a tree, or an animal, depending on when and where it appears and what’s going on in her life at the time.
#10
You’ll need to get in touch with the natural world around you. today, most of us are more familiar with computers and smartphones than we are with the sight of crops growing in the fields, the sound of streams rippling over rocks, or the scent of moist leaves on the forest floor.
#11
Witches are just like everyone else, they just see the world differently. There are bad witches who use their knowledge and power for personal gain and ill will, just like there are bad Christians, Muslims, and so on.
#12
Witches also make ethical decisions when conducting spells. For example, should magick be used as a weapon, even if it’s only to fight back. Should you use magick to get what you want, even if that means putting someone else at a disadvantage.
#13
As you develop your magickal ability and grow more adept at using your powers, you’ll notice that you begin to develop your own personal code. This code is what guides you on your path, and it may not have anything to do with what other people consider good and bad.
#14
Magick is the art of using spells to help you avoid pitfalls and attract blessings. It can help you navigate the obstacles in your path and turn your luck around.
#15
You’ve already done lots of magick without even realizing it. Now you’re going to learn how to perform magick purposefully, to turn your luck around. You’ll be able to chart your
