I’ve spent my life researching and learning the many ways of how to create the life of my dreams, and have now created this simple to follow step-by-step guide to help you realise your own dreams.
Through the opportunities and lessons I’ve learned along the way, the same principles kept arising that affect all areas of life, from relationships to finance, security to stability and everything in between.
How would it feel to be finally living the life you know you deserve? By understanding and following these simple steps you’ll gain the ability to create unlimited abundance in all areas of your life with effortless ease. It’s time to step into the abundant flow of all good things and welcome in harmony, love and joy.
This book sets out the steps to success, bringing you positive energy and enthusiasm for life; fulfilling relationships; creative freedom and peace of mind. Just imagine success in all areas of your life, it’s got to be worth learning and following these steps, there’s nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Each step is explained in detail and includes practical examples of how you can start bringing life changing benefits to your own life, with exercises to help you successfully head towards your dream future.
Some of you may start experiencing some really fast changes as you embark on the practices set out and for others it may take a week or even up to a month. The important thing to remember is that we’re all created unique so no two people will share the same experience or timeframe as another.
The regular practice will only take a few minutes out of your day but you can dedicate more time if you have it available; as that’s a sure way to fast track your progress.
This beginners guide aims to introduce you to the shifts in thoughts and energy that may be currently holding you back. With regular practice the benefits will start to open up faster and easier than ever before, leaving you wishing you’d tried them years ago.

Step One – who are you and what do you want?
Let’s start at the beginning with finding out who you are?
It sounds like a simple question doesn’t it, but let’s dive deeper into this and really discover who you are and what you want? Is it happiness; stability; love; acceptance; and end to worry, fear and bad decisions?
‘Who am I’ is fairly straightforward to answer… just speak out your name:
Say out loud I am {insert your first and last name here}
. How does it sound? If it sounds timid, fearful or anxious then keep repeating it out loud until you sound powerful and in control. Bring as much enthusiasm as you can to the statement, until it sounds truly confident and you can feel the power in your voice.
You may need to really dig into your belly for that voice of confidence. Hear your voice change as you dig deeper into your belly and repeat the phrase until you can literally feel the power of your belly taking over. You may experience ‘butterflies in your belly’ as you do this; which is an excellent sign you’re ready to ponder the next question.
