How to look after you

When we get towards the end of the year, with deadlines to meet and Christmas looming, it can be easy to lose a grip of the boundaries that keep us safe and happy. ‘We all have our own protective bubble that represents our personal space, needs, and capacity,’ says Tasha Bailey, ‘and in winter it won’t be the same as in summer.’
