This book is a journey not a sprint. You are meant to slowly move through the teachings and invitations, allowing them to land in your body in a way that brings true change. It will take time and patience, and be worth every ounce of energy you invest.

Change is the greatest gift in front of us right now. Change from what no longer serves, change from feeling unsure of our true power and voice, change from the old way of moving through the world.

I have broken this book into three sections. I recommend sitting with, and revisiting the tools and resources in each section, for as long as you need, until it truly feels at home in your body.

This isn’t meant to be a book that you read in one or two sittings and then stick on a shelf. Its offerings expand as your awareness deepens. It is a guide, an invitation, tried activities and practices, that have changed and transformed the journey and trajectory for many.
