In addition to being a certified public accountant, Elaine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Laws and an Executive Diploma in Corporate Coaching. She is also an NLP Practitioner.

Sook Hyung Paek’s mission in life is to make the world a better place for the next generation to thrive and flourish by empowering women leaders in executive roles.
Called to serve and contribute as a coach and mentor, Sook is committed to helping senior-level leaders clarify what it means to live as a whole person in all aspects of their professional and personal lives. She believes that the more women leaders there are in organizations, government, and decision-making positions, the more equitable world it will be for our children to inherit.
Sook is a Professional Certified Coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and certified as an executive and team coach through Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Currently, Sook is working toward becoming a Master Certified Coach through the ICF.
