I learned so much about myself and how my brain works. By knowing how things really work, it makes living adhd so much less terrible. Lot of practice moving forward but this book has a lot of practical information for people with adhd. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Easy, friendly and quick to read. Personally, I did feel like it lacks scientific background - tons of anecdotal evidence, very scarce descriptions of actual proof behind the claims.
