Reviews for ADHD 2.0 Effect on Marriage
5 ratings5 reviews
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Brief but rich with information and insight. Buy two; one for you and one as a loaner.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Each chapter of this book contains actionable advice backed by research and experience for people challenged with ADHD. My advice is to get the book already!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book makes me feel like ADHD should be seen as a positive super power me strength instead of a negative thing. I understand the science behind ADHD now better than I did before and how our brains work. The authors did an excellent job making the book relatable to us who are not doctors or primarily interested in the chemical components of ADHD and our brains.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I appreciated the thorough evidenced-based review of both non-medical and medical treatments. The authors emphasized that each person must find their own path and make their own choices, while presenting many different options to consider. Several non-drug approaches were a surprise to me, but backed by a logical explanation of the science behind them.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5As someone who was part of the stigmatizing group, I'm glad I have a better understanding of this kind of mind. This is possibly affecting someone very close to me and possibly a big issue in our relationship. However, me having more insight with this person or any other humans I may encounter opens up my compassionate side even more and more. I appreciate all of the medical/scientific explanations, variety of examples and informed explanations of both medicinal and non traditional/medicinal benefits out there.
Thank you for crashing this book. I feel like I found it at the perfect time!
