That life is complex because of all the vicissitudes that we have to face along the way is a reality that we are all more or less familiar with. This internalized truth is what has promulgated that there is increasing public content on habits or concepts such as resilience, emotional intelligence or self-knowledge. Certainly, the fact that existence is complex in itself should not be used as an excuse to misunderstand what we want to achieve, from our personal struggles, from what we want to achieve.
The book you are about to read today is part of that premise: my purpose is none other than to offer you all those tools so necessary to improve your living conditions. Only those who accumulate valuable knowledge have the real chance of living a much fuller life. The engine that has driven me to document and develop this project is precisely the idea that what I have learned over the years can help other people improve themselves as individuals even in the most difficult scenarios. Who hasn't had to overcome impossible a priori obstacles? Who hasn't had to go out on the streets with the certainty that the only option is to keep fighting?
The set of chapters at your disposal today goes far beyond the mere diagnosis of ADHD. Undoubtedly, ADHD will be present in every small space of the book, but what I try to convey goes much further. It's about determination and commitment to change your living conditions, to transform it to unsuspected levels. I'm talking to you from the experience of treating many people with this disorder (including women close to whom I deeply love). Everything learned during this time will be put at your entire disposal in a simple, easy to understand.
