About this ebook

This book is about how to shine as an authentic “Woman of God,” personifying excellence, selflessness and pure purpose. The image of sagacity, loyalty and love as depicted in the Book of Esther as she laid her life down for her people. Esther is an excellent example and model of being “Royally Robed!”

This book will set the trajectory for discovering who you were created to be, however in the end, the onus is on you. You are responsible for your own spiritual, personal, and professional development. You are called, not self-appointed. You are rooted in your ministry, not with selfish desires to self-actualize, but to “God-actualize.” This book will set you on a path to bloom as the Royal daughters of God! The Royal sons of God, that you were created to be.

Our quest to improve spiritually personally, and professionally is a lifelong process. Personal development is a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life, and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential. God loves the whole person that you are, and He has a Royal plan for His children.

Matthew 6:33 reminds us of the best posture and approach in achieving permanent, lasting success: “The kingdom first and all other things shall be added.”

This book is designed to whet your appetites, build your spiritual muscles, equip you with understanding, position you at the starting line, and place you in position for victory. The victory is in knowing that you are, indeed, Royalty, without any apology.

Royally Robed aims to enhance your beauty, internally and externally; spiritually and physically. It aims to build your confidence, finesse, delicacy, diplomacy, grace, charm, wit, style, vivacity, and spiritual acumen. Royally Robed will help you to grow and mature, first spiritually, and allow for the Spirit of God to refine you, to impart sagacity and meticulous fervor in seeking Him and becoming doers of His Living Word. This book will cultivate your purposeful integrity, and help you to become pedagogues of His Word, not just in speaking, but in walking- your aura beaming excellence!

This book is an ephemeral presentation, more of an appetizer to motivate and cause God’s extravagantly blessed people to fly like eagles and blaze trails! You will walk as Royals! You will use that which God has placed in your hands to move mountains and build God’s kingdom.

The concept of being “Royally Robed” is deep and profound. This book covers a wide variety of topics that we will not be able to exhaust in this first edition. The aim is to arouse your appetite and inspire you to start on the journey of developing spiritual acumen and a physical presence that marks that of “Royalty.”

When you have a dream, especially one that is intrinsically intended to benefit the Body of Christ, it can open several doors for miracles. When we avail ourselves in the hands of God, He will use us in ways that will ultimately benefit all, providing wisdom, knowledge, and understanding that will lead to better habits, behavior, performance, and ultimately success in all we do. He is an excellent, competent, and reliable God. I love the way He connects His people to accomplish His goals. I have seen and experienced a God Did It or God Winked moment where life connects people, resources, gifts, and information to bring this royal project to fruition.

God, I acknowledge You as the One who guided me in documenting this manual and guided me to those who believe in its success. You are absolutely amazing, and from the beginning of time You already predestined, ordained, and called us to our individual roles in Your divine purpose.

Thank You for leading me to that angel—that woman who walked up to me and told me I was far more valuable than rubies; for that little three-year-old boy in Publix, who walked over and gave me two balloons—purple and gold (signifying royalty)—and said, I love you; and for that second angel, who said, "I will sacrifice everything to make sure your vision and dream are realized. Thanks to my parents: a very young girl and her ambitious young husband, who felt God had blessed them with a special child.

Thanks to the editing team, organizers, ministers, leaders, friends, family, my very special daughter, Victoria, and some very special angels. Thanks to those faithful SERVANTS of the Lord, whose obedience and love has helped to transform many lives, including mine. We are poised in the hands of our Lord Jesus Christ and united to perform miracles.

Blessings and divine favor be upon us all!

To God be ALL the Glory!

    Introduction

This book is about how to shine as an authentic woman of God, personifying the characteristics and image of womanhood depicted in the Book of Esther. Esther is an excellent example and model of being royally robed! This book is for men also, mighty men of valor, warriors of justice, examples of leadership, valiant, courageous, and godly. Men of royal stature! Selfless, purposed, kingly, loyal, and true. We are walking epistles of the living Word, knowing how to love and share love because we are simply royal!

    Ladies—Esther Is Our Model

Queen Esther was beautiful! She was fair to look at! She was humble. She was a young Jewish woman who lived after the Jews were exiled in the diaspora. Her parents were killed, and she was taken in as a ward of her older cousin, Mordecai.

In the Book of Esther, we were told how a search across the Persian kingdom of Ahasuerus, Xerxes, was made for the most beautiful and graceful young women in the land so that by a process of trial, a new queen could be crowned. Esther was one of those taken into this harem of contestants, and the Bible tells us of how her character and beauty went hand in hand. She managed not only to be crowned the queen, but to be used by God to save her people from certain destruction. She is a royal model of grace, poise, humility, submission, and obedience to God.

Esther was called, prepared, trained, and presented.

Our own preparation ought to be spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and holistically undertaken. Royally Robed will cover areas of development that will assist in preparing those called authentically to serve in the Body of Christ as servants, not little gods. Let’s walk like we know we are royal!

    Men

As leaders, you ought to possess spiritual acumen. Sharpened and ready with the sword—the Word of God, always fasting and praying and filled with the power of love. Don’t miss the signposts that God provides for guidance and allow intellect to be a barrier to spiritual alertness. If you know God, you ought to be able to interpret the times through the mind of God. As leaders, you are robed with the responsibility of guiding young souls, babes in Christ, birthed in the ministry, the Life Center of Hope, into their purpose and destiny. Being able to declare, prophesy, provide counsel, and see clearly from the spiritual realm is key (1 Chron. 12:32, NIV)..

When Saul pursued David to kill him, the crowds that followed David were few in comparison to the large armies of King Saul. The sons of Issachar were spiritually alert and saw the groups accurately. David’s group: God’s anointed man who should ascend the throne.

They looked at David, however, and saw the kingly anointing; the royal anointing—not even poverty could block God’s purpose beaming from this man’s aura.

Saul’s group: A disobedient king under God’s judgment. The men of Issachar looked at Saul the way God looked at him, and his crown and throne nor his power and large army did not obscure their vision. The anointing was not present there.

No natural eye could see this spiritual blessing. May God grant you spiritual acumen so sharp, you will cut like a razor; possess the boldness and confidence that will cause you to stand amid darkness and shine brightly.

Remember, the meek will inherit the earth and the pure in heart will see God (Matt. 5, NIV). As king, remain humble, and as royals, be a biblical example.

This book will set the trajectory for discovering who you were created to be; however, in the end, the onus is on you. You are responsible for your own spiritual, personal, and professional development. You are called, not self-appointed. You are rooted in your ministry, not with selfish desires to self-actualize, a term used by Abraham Maslow, whom we will discuss in part 2, but to God-actualize—that is, to become the royal daughters and sons of God you were created to be.

Our quest to improve personally, professionally, and spiritually is a lifelong process. Personal and professional development is a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life, and set goals to realize and maximize their potential. I like the holistic outlook and approach. God loves the whole person you are, and He has a royal plan for His children. Will you seek for it?

Matthew 6:33 KJV reminds us of the best posture and approach in achieving permanent, lasting success: The kingdom first and all other things shall be added.

The question, then, is how do we seek the kingdom? This book is designed to whet your appetites, build your spiritual muscles, equip you with understanding, position you at the starting line, and place you in position for victory. The victory is in knowing that you are, indeed, royalty, without apology.

    Called!

Yes! You have been called to stand confidently and boldly in your position of silent humility and quiet strength. Many misconstrue the power women possess as the royal rib. As we allow God full access to our lives, as ambassadors and representatives of the cross of Jesus Christ, as wo-men, we are here to comfort, swaddle, and salt the newborn babes in the Body of Christ. Our Lord embodies and exemplifies the role to be played by those called to ministry. Selfless humility, accompanied by silent power and authority, clothes those who spend time in the presence of the Lord. A woman of God is warm from a long and lengthy respite, intimately communicating with her Lord, and filled to overflowing with love to pour upon the sheep within the flock who are governed
