About this ebook
He was taking charge of the wild cats and it sounded more exciting than it would be. It wouldn’t be easy, but he felt the need to step up and give to his people. A mate would help, but he needed a wild cat, one of the varieties he’d be leading, at his side. Too bad this Cat of the human variety caught his interest. A little fun with her and he’d work it out of his blood.
Cat’s marriage had cooled even more than usual. It had gotten to the point where they could barely stand to be around each other so she’d decided to move on. She’d been lucky compared to the sad stories her siblings all had. But she was headed home just like them. If she’d learned anything, it was to count only on herself and leave the male sex alone.
Neither of them wants a relationship but will that really matter when fate holds the winning hand?
Crystal Dawn
When she’s not out hunting rogue vampires and werewolves, you can find Crystal Dawn out exploring the galaxy. She can do it all without ever leaving her computer. She kicks ass, takes names, and puts it all down for the enjoyment of her readers. At least that’s what I think she told me. Writing came as a natural outlet for her overly creative mind. She has always told stories and even written some but publishing books didn't start until 2012 with The Rebirth, was the first of the Planet Amazon books. Crystal has also been lucky to have some wonderful beta readers who keep her on track and help inspire her.Secretly, she crushes on all her sexy heroes because all her stories end happily. That is one of the things that makes writing such a joy. Knowing that it makes her reader's day a little brighter. Not that she doesn't read sad books sometimes. While still in school, she read Where the Red Fern Grows and cried like a baby. It was a wonderful book and sometimes a bit of sadness has to be put in books because that's part of life. While she reads all kinds of books at some time or another, PNR and SFR, which she writes is what she reads the most for pleasure. When she started writing, she decided on going Indie after the first two books because an author has more control. She believes Indie will compete well and continues to grow. The need to give pleasure to her readers keeps her going and she sees a long career ahead. Growing up mostly in the NW Arkansas area, it has given her a good place to set some stories and many of her characters come from there or nearby SW Missouri. The start of her stories is the easy part. Finishing them is a little harder when all the stories are in there trying to get out. She loves reading, chocolate, fine sweet wine, and traveling among a large list of pursuits. Her favorite people, after her family and close friends, are her readers who she says are some of the most wonderful people in this galaxy and the next.

Big Cats
Book 1
Sebastian
Sebastian is moving his pride headquarters to what he hopes will be a permanent home. Seven groups of big cats will be forming an alliance for mutual defense and to aid in the growth of all their groups. The last thing he needs right now is a mate. Too bad the goddess does things her own way.
Andi is busy building her flower shop into a prosperous business in a town the size of a shoe box. She gave up on men, who has the time for them anyway? If only a certain arrogant alpha would get the message. Things get even worse when she's attacked repeatedly by mercenaries looking for a potential white wolf mate to sell to a customer. Will her life ever settle down?
Big Cats series
Book 2
Titus
Titus supposed he should feel honored that Sebastian had put him in charge of the private school for their children. He didn’t. It was one headache after another with the interviews being the worst until Beth came in. His tiger roared in approval, she was his.
Beth had a bad history with males. If she didn’t, the sexy tiger might appeal to her. She was tired of supernaturals trying to mate her because of her bloodline. This would be just another one, so she intended to steer clear of him.
Big Cats
Book 3
Ciaro
Life was all about change and since he’d met Mairi, his opinion about mating had changed. He was ready for her whether she was ready or not.
So Ciaro was handsome and could be charming when he wanted to be. That meant almost nothing to her. She didn’t want a mate and he couldn’t have her.
Two beautiful people with a fate in common. One fought it while the other was ready to embrace it. Those things always turned out good, right? Book 4
Azrael
He’d entered this feline nation thing, or whatever they planned to call it, for one reason. Azrael wanted to save his kind. There was no way he was looking for a mate, but if he found the right female leopard or maybe any female cat, he might settle down. The old human female was just not his type.
Maddie Hawkins was not happy with her cousin Ariel. She’d agreed to help the leopard shifters for Ariel, but Azrael just pissed her off. Sure, he looked like a fallen angel like his name hinted, but he was an asshole, plain and simple.
Do opposites attract? It looks like it when you see the sparks fly between these two very different people.
Book 5
Channing
Viv was confused now that she had met Channing. Glen was trying to charm her, but it already wasn’t working and now she’d been hit in the heart by Channing the cheetah leader. It was too soon, and her mother had recently mated. There was enough excitement. Besides, Channing didn’t seem to care for her.
The woman drove him nuts. He had worked hard to organize his people and mating would have to wait. She didn’t look like the kind that could handle that. He’d just keep her at a distance until he was ready. Whenever that would be.
An emotionally wounded woman and a man that put his people first. How the hell was that going to work out?
Big Cats
Book 6
Lincoln
The new leader of the cougars got a hell of a shock when he met Hazel. When he carried her away, she got a shock too. Now he’s doing whatever he has to in order to claim her, but she keeps resisting him.
This guy is just crazy as far as she’s concerned and she’s never giving in. The cat is hot, but he wants more than sex, so her answer is no.
A new leader with a lot of responsibility who finds his fated mate and a woman that doesn’t want to be tied down. Can they work things out or will someone end up unhappy?
Book 7
James
James was headed home with his two youngest kids. Mom had always been his greatest supporter and he knew she would help him now. His wife, or rather his ex-wife had left without a warning. She’d taken every dime and everything of value they had and even managed to somehow sell their house and his SUV without his permission. Now he was back in Arkansas running a construction crew for his cousin Ariel. He was building the clutter house when he met the alpha. He’d had enough of females, but she was amazing, and he’d met her before.
Latoya had stepped up taking a job no one wanted. She would be alpha of the clutter of lynx at a crucial time. They were moving to Blue Eye, a little spot on the road in Missouri right on the Arkansas border. Everything was going well until she met the construction supervisor of her clutter house for the second time. The male was everything she could want at a time she needed her head wrapped around her people and their new lives. Mates could wait.
Two people, both with their minds on their new lives. Could they share those lives, or would they have to go their separate ways?
Book 8
Seth
The jaguar alpha, Seth, was now in the sleepy little town of Blue Eye. He was unmated, but that didn’t concern him. His desire for Susan, the one designated to assist him and his people drove him crazy, but he had no intention to do anything but bed her. Why wouldn’t she just give in?
Susan had come home to lick her wounds and finish raising her kids. As attractive as Seth was, an affair just wasn’t happening. Her life was derailed, and she just needed to get it on track.
An alpha not wanting to settle down and a white wolf not looking for anything at all. That should work out fine, right?

Prologue
Cat had floated through life in a dull relationship with an average job considering her resume. She had two kids, twin girls, and Howard had told her if she left, he wouldn’t help support them. Well, fuck him. He’d not been much help anyway. At least she didn’t have to pay for a divorce because she’d been smart enough not to marry him.
If only she’d been smart enough to leave when the children were born. But her boss had suggested she make a home with her current boyfriend, and he didn’t seem so bad then. Children needed stability and Howard didn’t expect much and neither did she. Now she was headed home.
Caspian was on his way to the Ozarks. It was an area he was unfamiliar with, but the other cats that had made it home seemed to enjoy it. He’d met Sebastian once years ago when they’d been involved in some business together. The lion was alright, and he had high hopes for the future of his wildcats. Romance? That had no place in his life, but sex was needed to help him handle his stress.
Chapter 1
Headed Home
The girls had fallen asleep in the backseat. That was all right because it was getting late, and Cat planned to stop at a hotel soon. Her girls were precious to her, and she didn't want to take any chances. she'd been driving about 12 hours and that was probably long enough without rest. Tomorrow, they would be home. Not that the girls considered this home since they had only come to visit now and again.
It was alright because her girls were very bright and adjusted easily. They would love being surrounded by cousins in their age groups. It would also be easy here to find a job where they could make some spending money. Home was not perfect, but it was the best place she had ever lived. As she thought back on it, it was hard to remember why she had ever left. Life away from home had not nearly been as exciting as she had hoped it would be. Her daughters we're the only good thing that had come from it.
She saw one of the hotels ahead that was the chain she usually stayed at. Cat took the off ramp and found the entrance. Since the girls were sleeping, she went inside and checked in first before coming back out and waking them. This was a nice hotel, and it was a shame that they weren't able to use the pool and some of the other facilities before they left. They would be able to have breakfast here and that would save another stop.
Waking the girls, everyone carried in their bag. The room was on the first floor and right by the pool. She knew she'd be getting a hard time over the fact that they didn't have time to use it. She took a deep breath, and she could smell the pool which had a lot of chlorine in it. That was considered a good thing these days with COVID going round and round.
They settled in for the night and even though the twins had slept most of the way here, they were asleep before she was. The driving had tired her, and she was asleep not long after they were. Bailey was the first to wake up. Cat had heard a noise that woke her, and she looked to see that Bailey was playing on her phone. Still tired, she went back to sleep hoping to get at least a couple hours more.
The next time she woke to fighting. Hayley was awake too now so Cat knew she would have to get up. She looked at the clock and saw it was seven. After taking a shower she got dressed and told the girls to get ready too. As soon as they stepped out the door the fight was on.
But mom, we haven't got to swim in forever.
Bailey argued.
You know that we are in a hurry. Grandma is waiting for you.
We don't care we just want to swim for a little while.
This time it was Hayley who argued their cause.
Go eat really quick then you can change and go swimming for 1/2 hour. If you don't follow my instructions, you won't get to do anything again. Do you understand?
Cat said.
Thanks mom.
Both girls ran ahead of her now seeming to know exactly where breakfast was.
She trailed along after them. After they ate, while the girls swam, she would grab her phone and call her mom. Maybe the swimming would take some of the excess energy out of them. Cat could only hope that would help. They were 15 and apparently that was the age where they had high expectations and wanted everything. She just couldn't remember ever being like they were. Maybe they were excessively spoiled and if they were that was her fault. It wasn't like Howard had ever gone out of the way to do very much for them. As a father he had been sadly lacking and maybe she had tried to make up for it and that may have been a mistake.
All she knew was these two beautiful girls were hers and she wanted everything for them. She couldn’t see much of Howard in either of them. Not that she wouldn’t have loved them anyway. They had her dark blonde hair, but they did have his green eyes instead of her blue ones. They also had her facial features. The most important thing was they didn’t act like Howard. That man wasn't appreciative of the things life gave him and always seem to want more. He could have gotten that had he chosen to work harder but he didn't want to do that either. The more she thought of him the happier she was that she was headed away from him.
There was a time when she wished her mother had done more for her, but now she realized that mom had done all the things that were important. It was her own fault that she had not done more with what she'd been taught growing up. Mom would probably be shocked at this more thankful version of her. She wished she'd been more thankful when she had been growing up. Maybe she could make up for that now.
Breakfast wasn't bad and they even had some hot items. She filled her travel mug with coffee and the girls filled theirs with juice. As soon as they were through eating, they took their extra key and ran back to the room as
