About this ebook
Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Book Preview:
#1 We all have original fear and desire, which are the roots of our future desires. We are constantly afraid of being alone, being abandoned, growing old, dying, and being sick.
#2 We have to look closely at our relationships to see whether they are based on mutual need or mutual happiness. If your relationship is based on fear rather than on mutual understanding and happiness, it doesn’t have a solid foundation.
#3 We can help soothe our fear by talking to it. We can tell the child within us that we are no longer a helpless baby, and that we can take care of ourselves.
#4 The first step in letting go of our fears is to recognize and acknowledge them. We must understand that we are now safe, and that understanding is essential for those who have suffered abuse, fear, or pain in their past.
