These poems were written during the course of a year, often after long hours, in the evenings. When I finally read them back, I discovered they held similar, recurring themes, so are collected here.

We can all at times get so caught up in our busy lives, in life’s challenges and demands that we lose sight of who we truly are. We might even feel something is off, but we’re too busy to stop, to pause and look at ourselves, at our lives, and ask simple questions. Is this who I am? Does this feel right? Is this where I was meant to be?

This book is a call to reflect, to reawaken the light within you, encouraging you to open your heart, to recall your dreams, to reconnect with nature and life, and to explore, to begin again and find new ways to discover your true self.
