Introduction

The purpose of this freezer meal cookbook is to provide busy people (or people who don't like cooking every night of the week) with recipes to make in advance to eat later. This is an alternative to take out and eating cardboard pizza when there is a time crunch or when you are burned out after working all day.

This cookbook has a variety of freezer meals no matter what your taste buds like! I tried to make recipes that everyone would like no matter if they like hot and spicy, things on the milder side, red meats, chicken, pork, or no meats. No matter which recipes you like, all of them in this cookbook are easy flavorful recipes using basic ingredients anyone should be able to find no matter where they live.
