How Is Human Built? - Younousse Tamekloe
Preface
In this book, Younousse answers a series of questions posed by Yauheniya, describing his vision and his experiences of the spiritual world. Since his early years, Younousse has been interested in the spiritual world and has become acquainted with many different religions and spiritual practices. In his career as a visual artist, Younousse has lived and worked in different countries throughout Central, West, and North Africa as well as Western Europe, where he has observed how different spiritual traditions are carried out in different communities. On his spiritual journey, he discovered the Buddhism of Nichiren Shoshu and realized the great benefit of true meditation, which he has been practicing ever since.
Rather new to the field of spirituality, Yauheniya has been questioning Younousse about the fundamentals of the spiritual world, which are essential to understanding how human lives are shaped through meditation. Having spent a number of years in healthcare research, Yauheniya has been particularly interested in how the practice of meditation affects the health and well-being of people and how developing and applying spiritual knowledge can help address a range of mental and physical health problems prevalent nowadays.
In this book, Younousse provides his insights into some central concepts in spirituality, which are widely unknown and commonly misunderstood. Using his talent as a visual artist, Younousse facilitates the visualization of these concepts providing graphic illustrations based on modern life examples.
Additionally, the printed version of the book includes a description of Younousse’s recent art series about sexual identity, in which he paints the spiritual bodies of different people and explains why it is perfectly normal—both spiritually and physically—to be born as gay, lesbian, bisexual, and heterosexual.

Introduction
Can you introduce yourself and explain what compelled you to write this book?
I am a visual artist and my goal is to create artworks that convey happiness, positive energy, and love to combat all the negative occurrences in the world today. Since I became Buddhist, a lot of miracles started happening in my life in a positive way, and I cannot stay silent without sharing my experiences and my knowledge with others who need help. Knowing something positive and hiding it from others is not all that different from shutting down a school or a university and preventing people from having access to education so that they can improve their living situation and grow in a positive way.
