How To Develop Smart Productivity Habits - MONICA HODGSON

    MONICA HODGSON

    Overview

Even if you run your own business from home, it is hard to stay productive on a regular basis. So, for example, you might have quit your job to have more freedom and to live your own life. Aww, that's just amazing. However, this raises a new and even more important question. Everything is up to you when you work for yourself or run your own business. Nobody is going to stop you or tell you off if you decide to spend all day on YouTube. If you want to be successful, you must be motivated and know how to stay productive on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to get what you need to get done.

That is what this book is about. Here, we'll show you how to be more productive, from setting up a productive work environment to giving you tips and tricks that you can use right away. Let's start now. Because it's so hard to stay productive, why is that? As we said before, it's not easy to stay productive, and most people aren't very good at it. So, what's the reason? To start with, it takes a lot of discipline to be productive. It's great to be productive all day long, or even all morning, or even the whole day. But what about the next day? The next day? Every single day of the week, you must be productive. If you want to be truly productive, you must be productive every single day. This means making the most of each working day and putting the most important tasks first so that they get done on time.

    Organisation

The main reason many people have trouble being productive is that they don't know how to stay organized. Is it a good thing if you keep looking for files and trying to find the right information? It's not good for anyone, and it can really slow you down! Both your computer and the place where you work need to be clean and safe.

    Lack of a well-defined plan

People who are really productive know what they need to do and when they need to do it. People who aren't very productive, on the other hand, approach tasks in a haphazard way. They aren't always sure what they need to do, and they aren't always good at putting the important things first.

    Distractions

One of the main reasons people have a hard time being productive is that they are constantly interrupted by things they don't want to do. Let's face it: Everyday life is full of distractions, both online and offline. Eliminating (or at least cutting down on) these distractions is important to stay productive. Distractions can be especially hard to deal with in the online world. The distractions got out of hand, and I'm sure we've all been there at some point. A YouTube video that looks interesting draws your attention. You decide to watch it before going back to work. At the end of the first video, you start to pay attention to another one. You decide to watch it, too. You do a quick Google search to find out more about that video. There is a lot of information on the subject, and you think, Wow, I didn't know that was possible. While you're browsing, an email notification window comes up and tells you that you've been trying to get in touch with someone for a long time. As
