    Ingredients:

Dill Bread that doesn't need to be kneaded

    ––––––––

1/2 teaspoon dried active yeast 1 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 tbsp. dill weed, dried

3 cups packed and leveled bread flour a third of a cup of cool water, split a quarter cup of buttermilk

Scrape the dough out of the bowl onto a wooden cutting board that has been dusted with bread flour. This is to be expected; the dough will be quite loose and sticky. And whatever you do, don't add any more flour to the mixture! Using a clean linen tea towel, lightly dust the top of the dough with flour. Allow
