About this ebook
Leaving her country as a teenager to America felt like an escape route until she started experiencing similar traumatic experiences which resulted to her feeling rejected, lost, depressed with suicide constantly coming to her mind as the only way out.
At age 18 Angel started visiting and attending churches but nothing really changed as she was only a "church goer". Then one day she had an encounter with Jesus in her dream who in return gave her a deeper understanding of what true love and true conversion is and what it meant to accepted, renewed, loved, and transformed.
Lesson I am trying to pass on;
Bad experiences in life as well as trials and tribulations must not always have a bad ending. God is busy making something out of nothing and turning everything around for good. It doesn't matter how messy a situation may be God can turn it into a message if we let him in.

My Mess, His Message - Angel Mbome
Introduction
If you are reading this book, I believe there’s a reason why because God must have directed you to it. Have you ever been raped or molested over and over again yet was afraid to speak up? Have you lost your self-esteem? Are you surrounded by so many people yet feel lonely all the time? Do you feel rejected and abandoned? Do you feel like no one cares and there is no way out? Do you feel like you are the worst person on earth or that no one can ever forgive you or take you out of your messy situation? Do you feel worthless like you can never be used by God? Were you adopted? I can go on and on with the questions, but if your answer is yes, I want you to know that every situation can be turned around with Jesus.
There is nothing too hard for the Lord or any situation that cannot be fixed by him. It doesn’t matter where you find yourself; God is still with you and has not abandoned you. Where you were born is not as important as how you were born. You are not a mistake, and with God, there is no waste or error. He makes all things work out for good to those that love him. You are a solution; you have a purpose; you are a child of destiny. You can rise above it all through the saving grace of Jesus Christ who is the answer to it all. He can bring together every broken piece and turn it into a masterpiece. He can make a way in the desert. If he did it for me, then he can certainly do it for you.

My name is Angel..
I love God, writing, poetry, dancing, singing, painting, family and school. I also enjoy helping and motivating others which is one of the reasons I decided to share my story in this book. I have come across a lot of young people like myself back from my days in primary school, high school and college and I have been able to share with them and learn from them as well. I found out that there are a lot of youth out there who have been through a lot of trauma ranging from rejection, pain, sexual, physical, emotional abuse, suicidal ideations, and depression. Many of these youth shared with me that the reason why they decided to stay quiet and never talk to anyone about their pain or trauma was due to the fear of the stigma they fear they will experience as a result of sharing their story. Others said they do not like sharing their stories because they did not have a happy ending out of their situation. Some said they got into theft, drugs, and prostitution because of these traumas. I discovered that a lot of these young people gave up on themselves and on life, others abandoned their faith in Christ Jesus. I’ve heard people say that the only option left for someone who has been through so much pain is to hurt others and be angry all their life. I am here to say that it doesn’t always have to go this way. There is always a way out. By strength shall no man prevail but with God all things are possible. You may have been through one or two traumas or difficulty in life, or you may know someone who has been through a similar situation or even worse. You may have even lost family members or loved ones to difficult situations. Still, I believe that there is always a brighter side to every story. I may not know your unique story, and probably you may have been through even worse situations than the ones described above. One thing I know for sure, however, is the fact that there is a Father who loves us so much, beyond our imagination, beyond every pain and rejection, beyond every circumstance and situation, his name is Jesus. He is always with us; he cares, he understands; if only we can open up to him and accept him if only we can give him a chance, he will come in and clean every mess, and turn them to a message. He will bring all the pieces together and make you his masterpiece. He is always ready, but are you willing? Are you ready to let go and let God? Do you desire a brand new life? Jesus is busy making something out of nothing; do not feel that you are not good enough. Come unto him all ye who labor and are heavy laden, and he will give you rest (Matt 11:28). Only Jesus can give true peace, the peace that surpasses every understanding. I am a young person like you, and I have been through thick and thin just like any other youth out there, and here I am today. This is my story, and it serves no purpose if it doesn’t impact a life. Because God led me to and through my journey, he will do the same for you.
The Origin
Life in Batie was not easy at all. According to my mother, I was always being attacked by evil spirits back in this village. She became wearisome of this situation; as she would spend a lot of money at hospitals because her children kept getting sick. She was troubled and would struggle a lot because she had not known Christ personally even though she believed in him. I was so special she would say, I am still special, and that’s why she named me Angel. I always saw a lot of things; I sensed anything evil even before it would happen. My spirit was very strong, but an evil spirit was trying to possess me. As a child
