I recommended her to buy this book. As it talks about the essentials needed to start with yoga
how you should dress, how long beforehand you can eat, what kind of excercises you should start with, the necessary posture, the purpose and benefits of the excersises, it explains how to do the proper breathing technique that is very important if you want to do yoga.
The writer included excercises that can help you when suffering from issues like backpain, stress, anxiety, concentration.
and excersises that are good to regulate certain parts of the body and to create body balance.
For people with little time. She explains how to achieve a yoga lifestyle with only 5 minutes a day.
Yoga has so many excersises and as a beginner it is hard to know what excersises to start with, and what they serve for.
I think if you want to learn the most important excersises, in the least amount of time while getting essential background information, than this book is for you !"
