About this ebook
C. Hankins
C. Hankins has always loved reading and writing. Throughout her schooling years, she struggled with writing, and her English tutors would point this out to her. Still, that did not stop her from making up stories and writing them at home, especially at a younger age. She felt more at ease because she was not being criticised or judged for the structure/grammar. At the age of 9 or 10, her love for writing in her diary began, and most evenings, she would reflect on her day and write about it. Christiana loved recounting and sharing her thoughts, sometimes expressing what she couldn’t convey to others in writing. As she grew older, she also fell in love with journaling and writing about everything: songs, poems, words of encouragement, testimonies/gratitude, and so forth. Once Christiana started writing about things, it could be endless, spending hours doing so. It’s a desire and passion that has permanently been embedded within her soul, that she finds hard to explain. Although, born in Sierra Leone, Christiana’s home is still in the UK, where she has spent most of her life growing up. She loves travelling, and she is blessed to be in a profession that does not limit but enhances her passion further.

Dedication
For you to see a beautiful stream flowing in the breeze of the day, there were first drips and drops of water falling on the waterbed. Likewise, for this book to even establish, it could not have taken shape without the drops of refreshing water from those who have been there journeying through life so far with me. In everything (the good and the bad experiences), I genuinely thank all of you for the lessons I learned by coming in contact with you. My dearest sweet mum, thank you for your beautiful heart and your life testimony of an evident woman of worth. You’ve always believed in me and continued to encourage me to be all that I have been created and purposed to be.
Above all, the greatest glory goes to God! You have seen me; You see me, and You will continue to see me through it all! You are the true foundation for the writings in which You have echoed into my heart. May every eye which sees these writings and every ear which hears them be inspired and nourished within their soul.

Acknowledgement
I would like to start by first thanking my mum, Rachel Europa Jones, for the endless encouragement and words of wisdom for me to step out in pursuing my dreams. Thank you to my dear family, close friends, and mentor, Aunty Ndulamo, who continues to walk this journey of life with me, reminding me of what you can see in me when I fail at times to do so myself. Last but not least, thank you to the team of Austin Macauley Publishers for making this dream into reality. With heartfelt blessings to you all, the best is yet to come.
Introduction
Every woman has been created for a purpose. Many women struggle to believe that they are worth anything due to many reasons in their society or surroundings. The reasons for lack of self-worth are endless. Society has made individual women devalue their worth as they whisper lies to them and portray a wrong image of women. The dictionary defines worth as sufficiently good, important… to be treated or regarded in the way specified.
But one must ask
