How To Beat Procrastination - Hunter White

Chapter 1 - The Science Behind Procrastination

    What is procrastination

Not that it's a bad thing, but sometimes we need our mind to be alert and focused and do the task at hand. Unfortunately, sometimes we are not able to do so, and we end up daydreaming or just simply avoiding the things that we have to do. Excessive procrastination can have multiple negative effects for us, such as the damage to our reputation and is more likely to have smaller attention
