As a father and onetime youth, I feel that I am obligated to ensure that youths properly develop globally. This feeling of a sense of responsibility stems from a desire on my part to ensure a legacy of able leadership. To what intent is this desire? It is a part of innate desire in me to raise true leaders for the twenty-first century. For the sake of civilization, love, and harmony in the cultivation of a genuinely humane leader; this is important. This is what the whole world is crying for now.

          My foremost joy is to develop and raise young leaders. Nothing makes me happy more than to meet young people that are craving for the best out of life. Coincidentally, that is how I have always felt. The young people I have in mind particularly here include those in the primary, junior, and secondary school pupils age bracket. Our youths are the most important legacy for our future. I have high hopes for all of them. The 21st century, a vital period for all humanity, and they will all be actively involved. Therefore, I am praying for their success and victory in life.

          It is important to note that, the growth and activities surrounding youthfulness are to parents and the world a thing of tremendous joy. So, I hold them in the highest esteem and think of them as future adults of refined characters. I will always regard them as ladies and gentlemen of the future. Thus, l am able to speak freely and without hesitation whenever I am with them. It may seem difficult to some of them to understand what I have to say to them in this book, perhaps, what I have to say is not in alignment with their status. This is okay as long as youths could gain something of value in most conversation. It should not matter, however little, as long as it could, and would help their progress. That is what I am searching for. My greatest wish is for anyone I hold close to my heart, to invest in the youths relentlessly. In particular, the youths must take time to build a solid base to negate future regrets of their teen years.

          I would like the youths to be happy when they can relate to what have been done. It may be little, like washing, engagement on club activities, charitable work or whatever. It does not matter. The most important thing is for them to be happy, to have the feelings that they have made their best contributions. Therefore, I encourage them to live better to attract the respect of people who could say: "There's something else that sets him or her apart" or "he or she is someone I respect.

Please, accept this book as a companion on the journey call life and live courageously in the twenty-first century, the most important century for humankind.

INTRODUCTION

Children are priceless future gifts, and they all have the right to happiness. There is a mission for every youngster. Every day, parents put in a lot of effort to raise their children, and their efforts are genuinely admirable. I pledge my whole support to these parents, which is one of the reasons why this book came to be. In the twenty-first century, both parents and children must be able to tread the great path to happiness. Children are the future's ambassadors. We have no choice but to entrust them with our world. I have faith in you, my adolescent pals. I am confident in their abilities to develop and progress.

Every child has a distinct and essential mission; as a result, I treat children with respect and give everything I have to them. We will come to regret it if we are disingenuous with children or try to influence them. As a result, whenever I meet with children, I want to make them wonderful memories. Every child is a gem, brimming with limitless potential. Every child is a symbol of hope. Life itself is brimming with it.

Isn't it the fault of adults if children's hopes are repressed or broken? It breaks my heart to see something like this happen in today's culture. I don't want to see any dread in children's eyes or tears of despair in their eyes. Society must undergo a transformation. Children are mirrors that reflect adult culture, and when adults are sick or their vision is blurred, children suffer as well. Let us wipe the tears of sadness from each child's face. Children must be protected and given courage, strength, and vigor. Children are humanity's hope, and parents, teachers and the society are the ones who nurture them. Parents have such a noble and important task and obligation! As a result of joining both parents, teachers, and the communities where these lads’ lives, and in raising these innocents among us for the future, this book was born.

THEY GOES THROUGH CHALLENGES, PAIN, AND UNCERTAINTY TOO

The youthful period is packed with challenges, pain, and uncertainty. To you out there, you are important and irreplaceable. Please, stop peddling on skepticism and discontent. Endurance is the gateway to attaining anything in life. Those negative grades in school are not the only cause of anguish or worries you would face in your youthfulness. You may have difficulties at home, your well-being, your emotions, and people from other sexes or your companions. You may be attacked by feelings of suffering, insecurity, anger, and sorrow. Young people are often faced with all sorts of problems. Nonetheless, it requires settling them despite all the odds. Push aside any kinds of foreboding shadows of sadness, progress towards
