Chauncia's Bio: As a technology and project management professional, and mother, I see far too many bright and talented young people struggling with the transition from high school to the workforce. This was indeed true for me because I was a teen mother and to the outside world, the chips were stacked against me. Determination, hard work, and optimism assisted me in overcoming many challenges. I think it is important for me to share my story and reach back to help others coming after me.
My Infinite Dreamers framework is built around motivating and inspiring positive change.
