Dr. William Hill is a native of Atlanta and resides in the metropolitan Atlanta area with his lovely wife Angela. They have two children and three grandchildren. He serves as the Executive Director of the Higher Living Community Impact Center a non-profit faith-based organization which provides holistic programs and services to empower people for greatness through Christ. He has been uniquely gifted by the Lord in the areas of encouragement and exhortation. He specializes in strengthening families, pastoral care outreach, and providing community solutions through multi-cultural collaborations. He is an ordained minister and elder serving under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Andre Landers at Higher Living Christian Church in Hampton, Ga. He has been a featured guest on many local and national television and radio programs such as TV-57 Atlanta Live, Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters, and TBN. I am surprised by how many people will openly verbalize, internalize and live life in a way that openly professes that they do not care about winning. This statement results from either an independent response fostered by wrong assumptions or a defense to giving up, or not pushing or evaluating the situation more effectively. Sometimes, it is simply because these individuals have drawn flawed conclusions about what winning is. Moreover they embrace a viewpoint that if they win, someone else has to lose and that is not the case.

Let me say this . . . WE ALL CAN WIN!

YOUR WIN DOES NOT MEAN SOMEONE LOSES. . . MY WIN DOES NOT SEAL ANOTHER PERSON’S DEFEAT!

WE ALL CAN WIN!!!

LOSING DOES NOT EQUATE TO HUMILITY.

WINNING IS NOT ARROGANT, UNKIND, EVIL, OR WRONG.

GREAT WINS LIFTS EVERYONE!

WE CAN KEEP ON WINNING!

There are countless definitions for winning. However, for the purposes of this book, winning is all about improving YOU. I have chosen this definition because I believe it is one of the most effective ways to win and to keep on winning for yourself and for others. It opens the opportunity to evolve with the complexities that come along with the human and spiritual experience.
