About this ebook
As Z prepares to head to kindergarten, he sometimes wishes he could just look like other zebras. But Z doesn’t realize that his uniqueness is giving children hope as he is letting God’s light shine through him.
This Christian children’s book is one of those great books for kindergarten readers to help them learn how to navigate the anxiety that comes with starting something new and putting their trust in God.
Z’s goal is to inspire young people to be kind and accepting as they walk through their faith journey. It’s one of those inspirational children’s books that provides a faith lesson for kids. Z wants each child to know their heavenly father loves them and that He is looking out for them. In addition, as inspirational children’s books go, this book offers encouragement to care for one another. Finally, it teaches kids about faith and loving one another.
Lynette Koch
Lynette Koch was born on February 18th in Stanley, North Dakota. She was raised by her wonderful parents and is one of six children. Her early years were spent growing up in the small town of Tioga, North Dakota. As a child, you may have found her playing with friends, dressing up one of her rabbits, or her beagle named Penny. She also had a horse named Tidy that she enjoyed riding. When Lynette was a teenager, her family moved to Bismarck, North Dakota. Having a love for music, she was involved in school & church choir growing up, and also plays the piano. In 1980, she met and married the love of her life, Pat. Together they have raised 3 children, two of which are married and have blessed them with 5 grandchildren. Her grandchildren refer to her as “GiGi” and she loves every moment she gets to spend with her family. During the winter months when she is not at her home in Bismarck, ND, you will find her enjoying the sunshine in Mesa, Arizona. She likes to spend most of her weekends during the summer with her family at their lake cabin. Lynette loves to sneak in coffee dates with her mother and friends when she gets the chance. She has had many great joys in her life along with difficult times. She has had a lifetime of health issues, along with the loss of several family members, friends and suffered a miscarriage. These difficult times took her on a search for peace and comfort. It was through these trials that she came to have a deep personal relationship with her Savior, Jesus. She has placed her faith in him and knows that he is directing her life and its path. Her desire to share his love in this world has been the inspiration behind her writing. Her hope is that each person will open their heart to Him and we all find our feet on the narrow path that leads us to heaven.
