The works can be executed individually, but have their high potential, being executed together.

Have you ever imagined that? In using LEGO® within SCRUM?

I imagined it and did it. It all started with my studies for the Scrum and Six Sigma certifications. Scrum was out of my practice, so I decided to visit some technology companies in the city of Blumenau in the state of Santa Catarina, requesting a voluntary work under Brazilian lawLEI Nº 9.608, FEBRUARY 18, 1998 to practice Scrum. In return I would carry out a marketing project, but unfortunately none of the companies opened the doors for me. I started to study on my own and I knew the work of the German Thorsten O. Kalnin Scrum LEGO® Airport that interested me a lot. I made the translation into the Portuguese language (see the version). With the daily practices I began to understand the Scrum journey and also the question came up:

How to include LEGO® within Scrum?

My first practice was the Daily Scrum and it was a success !! I have decided to take photos to document and put inside my Linkedin. I received messages from several people around the world. With the repercussion I set up a laboratory at home and did the other meetings of the Scrum. As I did not have a team. I documented and asked for my network in the Linkedin execute. Thus it was created in Brazil and executed simultaneously in Italy and England.

Kaizen LSP© the journey flows better and with quality.

80% of errors within Scrum are caused by wanting to solve all problems in a Sprint. Kaizen LSP© uses the tools Spaghetti Diagram, Benchmarking, Brainstorming, 5 Why and SIPOC, for a deeper understanding of the root cause of problems.
