W hen I was a child around three years old, I saw a huge angel—I mean, he was

big I couldn’t see most of him! I remember his waistband came to the top of my doorframe, so I never saw a face, just a beautiful light, fine linen with no blemishes, and a gold belt. I did as most kids would and pulled the blankets over my face and went to sleep. I was scared! My sister was there as well, so I have a witness.

This is the story of things I have gone through in my life and have overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the words of my testimony (Rev. 12:11). Hallelujah, praise the Lord!

First of all, we know the supernatural is real. The Bible states it very clearly:

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the worldly forces of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12)

But back to when I was a child and saw the angel. I had grown up in church. In fact, I was in church my whole life, and my dad worked for television ministries. I used to go with him to work occasionally when we lived out east. I went to the church’s school and then was homeschooled. But then my dad had an accident at work and almost died. I remember getting out of bed when my mom told me as she rushed to the hospital, and I called my pa-paw on the phone to let him know.

And this is how amazing God is. My dad fell twenty feet while in a Genie lift that shifted off the edge of the stage and catapulted him onto the concrete. Now, most people would’ve died from that fall.

So a group of his coworkers circled around him and prayed. My dad wasn’t breathing; then he came back to life and started offering the paramedics a million dollars if he could get up to go pee! Obviously, since he had a broken hip and crushed elbow, he could not.

After the accident, a lot of my dad’s coworkers and certain members from the church brought us food and gift cards to help out. It was truly a blessing—we had food for days, both junk food and healthy food, but I mostly remember cookies and stuff. During my dad’s recovery, my parents made a choice to move back to the West Coast. We were excited because we would be close to my grandparents.

So we moved back to the west side, and I started public school, where I was a complete nerd (by the way, being a nerd is way better), going back from a private school and homeschooling. It was not even a month after I started that I was already doing things I shouldn’t. My parents taught me right, but it’s true that when you hit a certain age, you have a choice to make. God will not push himself on anyone, but although I would get these
