You Deserve to Be Whole - Janay F. Wages

    Day 1

    I’m Taking it With Me

In this season, NO MATTER WHERE YOU’RE THROWN, TAKE YOUR DREAM AND YOUR FAITH WITH YOU! I love the fact that no matter where Joseph was thrown, he always prospered (Genesis 37:24, 39:19-21). See, there’s so many incredible things that we can say about God, but if I may add, here’s one… the fact that we as God’s children can be thrown into trying situations and still walk in our God-given assignment, walk in His favor, and still witness His oil flow upon us and through us, it puts me in complete awe! See, some of us will never have the experience of being thrown into an actual prison or pit (thank you, Lord), but some of our trials and tribulations that we have endured have felt like prisons and pits, due to tears and the length of time we endured them. What reels me into Joseph’s story even more is that it wasn’t solely his anointing that people were threatened by. It was merely the thought of him succeeding, the thought of his dream coming true, and the fact that he had favor with God and with those amongst him that made individuals cringe! See, if it’s one thing that I’ve learned through the years, it’s that people can try to diminish everything you have; your character, your name, your position, your job, and your happiness if you let them. However, it’s impossible for them to diminish God’s faithful love or His favor that rests upon your life! It’s easy for us to get bent out of shape when we feel abandoned, thrown away, or betrayed by people that we have grown to trust and love, not realizing that it was the prison, the pit, that betrayal, persecution, adversity, and that moment of abandonment that helped us grow. I’m convinced that without the ability to endure, I truly wouldn’t know God the way that I do. So in this season, so no matter where you get thrown, endure until the end. You better believe that God will be with you. Just bring your dream and your faith… because you will surely prosper!

    1 Peter 4:12-13 KJV

Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.
