    FOREWORD

    Forwarded by Dr. Laura Ngwainmbi

The knowledge of what is right or wrong is a road one must navigate with clarity. As a young woman, outside voices can sometimes silence the inner still voice. The voice of the media has grown so alarmingly loud in this decade, that what it says seems to be an unwritten law.

How does one know the true authentic self, created by the Maker? How does one find the WAY from the Word when there are so many routes shoved daily into our way from the mundane pleasures of the world? How does a young woman keep her sanity in catching up with the trends? How does one stay afloat and not drown in the sea of vanity and relevance? How does one become the proverbial 31 woman without being fed into the jaws of a generation that has made self-centeredness its flagship?

The Bible tells us to Ask it will be given to you; seek and you will find; Knock and the door will be opened to you. Mathew 7:7 (NKJV) The Word asks us to seek Wisdom and Understanding. Proverbs 4: 5 (NKJV) Out of the pages of this book, you will find enlightenment and guidance. Let it be the voice that silences the numerous voices in your spirit

You will find out that you are uniquely made, crafted with a Divine purpose, filled at birth with the Spirit of God, undefiled to be used for God’s purpose. You may be at this moment feel defeated, lost and wondering how your journey led you to this place. Only our Maker can right our wrongs.

GOD is your Father, your Healer, your Redeemer, your Restorer, your Reset Button. If you find yourself on perilous paths, do not hesitate to turn back to Him. You are precious and honored in the sight of GOD. Isaiah 43:4 (NLT). What a privilege! You are a Masterpiece of Creation, a Vessel of Honor, the Salt of the Earth. Matthew 5:13-16(NKJV). An image comes to mind of a cup of salt continuously filled with water daily, over the years, it will be unidentifiable as salt. If we continuously let the world dilute us of our purpose, we will be unrecognizable. Only Grace can rescue us at that moment. But why get there?

As you find your self in these words, find peace, find solace, find truth, most importantly find direction.

    INTRODUCTION

This book teaches and encourages girls and young women to live a Godly live even though we live in a culture that lays so much value on outer beauty. Some illustrations in this book are based on a true life story of the author whose life experiences she wants to share with young women as encouragement. The message is to help young women connect with the experiences of the writer. For so long the world has dictated to girls what beauty is, but it is time to change the narratives by showing them who they are, who God says they are
