- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5(nonfiction, easy) This book presents in a very straight forward, easy to read manner basic facts about autism. This book would be good to read to a level 1 reader and under to help them understand what autism is. This would help in a classroom that hosts an autistic child. I liked how the book portrays autism in a positive light. For example, it talks about how some autistic children have special talents and may be better in math, science or music because of their unique way of processing information.
