- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This was my first Ben Jonson play. Admittingly, I did not think I was going to enjoy it. I am typically not the comedic type-- or so I thought. Yet, Jonson charms with his blank verse and the play flows so adequately and wonderfully that it is a pleasure to read. The only thing that prevented it from getting a five-star rating was the antiquity of the play. It is hard to completely understand, due to the nuances of language, one-hundred percent of what is happening. Nevertheless, it was a great read and I will read more Ben Jonson in the future.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Riotous farce about money and greed. Ben Jonson is no Shakespeare, but he has quite a talent.

PREFACE
When I lie down at night and go to sleep, before I close my eyes, the last thing I would say or hear is my last thought. Good night, Jesus. I will see you in the morning.
1 Thessalonians 5:17 read as such. No matter what happens, always be thankful, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. Amen.
Every morning when I open my eyes, I thank God for waking me up and starting me on my way. He gives me the strength and power to deal with all of my trials and tribulations every day. My life journey has not been easy.
My daddy used to always say, If you wake up in the morning and placed your feet on the floor, then you are okay.
But if you wake up in the morning and cannot get out of the bed or put your feet on a flat surface, you are not okay.

CHAPTER 1
Introduction
A. When God Created Me
On January 26, 1963, God created me. I was born in Washington, DC, the District of Columbia. Back then it was called D.C. General Hospital. That first day was strange because they placed me in an incubator due to birth defects such as breathing. They had to shave half of my hair off and put needles in my head—something like when they put those thorns on Jesus’s head. All I can see at the time was darkness. I know that I was just a baby, but I can remember this like yesterday.
The hospital room was very cold, and I was lying on my back, kicking my feet up like a normal infant, when all of a sudden I saw Jesus come toward me, and he stood in the middle of the incubator wearing a white robe. I could not see his face, but he opened his arms wide and said to me, I will bless you and keep you.
Then he made a cross sign in the air and left the room. Next then I knew the doctors told my mother while scratching their heads standing at her bedside. They said, I never saw anything like this before
because I had a speedy recovery. They kept me in the hospital for one week, and then I went home.
As a result, my hair is different from another person’s hair because of the growth and the texture. My hair is stronger in the front or the top of my head versus the back, for example, when I cut my hair, it grows back faster in the front than normal. When I color my hair, the dye fades away within one week. Later it’s supposed to be jet black. Now it’s black and white, so when I
