    Acknowledgments

I acknowledge my three children Imani, De’Angelo and Takia. The journey together has been wonderful – yes, all of it. God has been there watching over us and loving us. He has been healer and provider for us and we can testify of His goodness towards us. Mommy loves and cherishes you and expects to see the fruit of her labor expressed in each of your lives.

To my family, I love and appreciate all your love and support. Thanks for continuing to cheer me on. I now understand that I am a Moses in my family, and that sometimes it requires me to go ahead and blaze the trail. My Sisters (Sissy’s), who are also my best friends, you keep me grounded with your love, your kindness and your understanding. To my Mommy (The Queen), you are a woman of few words and your actions speak loud and clear to me, letting me know just how much you love me and expect nothing but the best from me. Thanks for sharing your prayers about me that have really helped me to appreciate my gifts more fully. To my Dad (My King), thanks for your support and unbridled expression of care and concern in the times that were the toughest for me. You have kept me intrigued with your story telling. Thanks for keeping me informed of where and what I come from. Thanks for letting me know that I am not a surprise to you, and in your own words, Baby girl, you have been special from the beginning.

    FOREWORD

We are often blessed to cross paths with individuals who seem to possess a unique ability to face life with a grace and demeanor that demands admiration. Evangelist Angela Williams is one of those individuals.

I have watched Angela Williams grow up in ministry and become a beautiful Woman of God. I always knew it was more in her that needed to be released. She started out with young girls desiring to see them become virtuous and to learn how valueable they are in the Kingdom of God. Then her compassion expanded to young adult and adult women, desiring to see them succeed in everyday life, to overcome obstacles, to love themselves and to have a relationship with God and walk out their purpose and destiny!

As I sat in my office one day in a meeting with this poised woman of God I posed a question, Who are you in God that I should know you? As she shared the things in life that made her into the Woman of God that I have witnessed, it became clear to me that this is a gift that will soon leave an indelible mark in the Kingdom of God. The anointing for ministry seemed to ooze from her.

With soul-stirring honesty, and transparency, Evangelist Williams has thrown us the key to being A King’s Daughter. So many need a compass to navigate them through life’s issues and to become all God wants them to be. Chronicles of a King’s Daughter is a much read.

It was refreshing when I read the manuscript. There are women waiting for a book like this. I remember prophesying to Evangelist William’s many months ago to write this book, to encourage and push those who read it along the way.

This book is designed to be a beacon of hope and a call to deeper relationship with God the Father as a Daughter of the King. Evangelist William’s life having been lived out in the pages of this book that compels her to share it with others to discover who they are as King’s Daughter and to know their purpose and destiny in life.

In Friendship Church Outreach Ministry, Evangelist William’s commanding pulpit presence lifts the hearts of the people who are exposed to her ministry. But her ministry is not limited to the stage. That would indeed be limiting an immeasurable gift. She finds expression as a five-fold ministry teacher, exhorter, encourager, mentor, and now an author. Her life echoes passion and conviction.

Evangelist Williams message, teaching, mentoring is a much needed one in the times that we live. When so many are wandering, lost not knowing their purpose, not knowing who they are or their destiny, this book teaches that you can find your way and know your authentic self as a Kingdom Daughter!

I am happy to have contemplated truth, weighed issues, and shared deep revelations with such a mighty woman of God. Further, I am honored to have my life intersect with hers at this pivotal moment in her ministry. This is truly a defining moment in the life of a gifted vessel of God. It is with conviction that I know this book is not just ink on paper; it is the revealing of a soul. It is a soul that has been touched with greatness and we are blessed to share that experience and be inspired by the triumph of a spirit that continues to exclaim Chronicles of a King’s Daughter.

To chronicle means to write or to record.

I wrote what the King showed me.

Chronicles of a King’s Daughter was birthed out of a desire to express God, and His love and care for us. God gave me a format to begin the journey of chronicling what He was showing me as it related to writing this book. I wanted to write in a way that was simple and practical. The book’s purpose is to motivate, inspire, and to encourage the reader.

In some ways this book is very personal to me. As a daughter, I have experienced God in such an up close and personal way. In my relationship with Him, He has shown and taught me many things. I have never been one to want to tell anyone what to do. However, I will always share because I love to see God’s people empowered by knowing God and His word, which is truth.

I have come to understand that we have not experienced all that God designed for our lives and that we will forever be in the process of being transformed into His image until
