Preface
I like the poem because I can write my feeling, idea, and philosophy in a rhythmic, musical, and paint-like manner.
I can use words very wide, vast, and free. I can create imaginations for expressing what I want to explain. I started my poem from childhood with my mother’s encouragement and high school teachers’ motivation. I usually write for different events, sociopolitical and emotional circumstances.
I did it in several languages. I receive always applauding and admiring of people. Before publishing any of my poems, I had posted a translation of some Persian poems into Turkish. I was successful in accomplishing my dictionary in several languages. Then I tried to find the words rhyme, rhythm, and meter. The poetry and philosopher Rumi always exists in my mind. I wanted to write a meaningful Masnavi (it is his poets’ style). I was sure I could when I sent my poem through Belgium embassy to my family. Then he
