    FOREWORD

I am a child of God.

I am the product of many anointings.

I believe in the Holy Bible. As Pastor Joel Osteen says in his everyday starting service, we are what the Holy Bible says we are; we can do what It says we can do. Therefore, I extensively used the Holy Bible in reference to all I’ve written in this book.

I also quoted from people I know originated their sources from the Holy Bible as well or directly from God Himself.

When I found God, He blew my mind. I was blind. I didn’t know how lost and ignorant I was until I found Him. Subsequently, I started to recognize Him when He came to minister to me in my dreams. Then, the Holy Spirit inspired me throughout writing this book. He told me that millions of people will go to heaven because of my obedience to write this book. Thus, it is a great privilege to me to have the grace to be indebted to Him to be able to produce this book and share it with the whole world.

And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. (Acts 2:17 ESV)

And He said, Hear my words: If there is a prophet among you, I the LORD make myself known to him in a vision; I speak with him in a dream. (Numbers 12:6 ESV)

    INTRODUCTION

Knowledge is power. In his book Prophetic Secrets, Prophet Passion Java of Kingdom Embassy, Maryland, says that most people fail to live to the fullest the life God has ordained for them because they lack knowledge; when you are aware of what to do, you will not be stagnant, he adds.

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6 KJV). Lack of knowledge literally means lack of understanding and reading God’s Word. Lack of Bible knowledge is how people are destroyed morally, physically, spiritually, and financially.

Prophet Passion Java says, What makes you a Prophet is not the anointing, it’s the knowledge you have in the prophetic.

Before you start reading this book, I want to explain some truths. I want you to know the reality. The reality is that Jesus did come to earth as a man. He really was crucified, and He actually did rise from the dead. Many people ignore it, others want to avoid it, but Jesus is really God. I found a few verses to prove it:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (John 1:1 KJV)

And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1:14 KJV)

I and [my] Father are one. (John 10:30 KJV)

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6 KJV)

And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. (John 20:28 KJV)

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. (John 8:58 KJV)

    Hearing God Is an Art

God speaks to us in many ways. And no matter how He decides to speak, it is important that we hear His voice. Hearing Him is an art. Hearing the voice of God is not an option but a bare necessity of life. It’s an indispensable part of your survival kit. Our relationship with God is dependent upon our ability to hear and discern His voice. Many perish because they cannot hear God’s voice. Thus, our greatest asset in life is our ability to hear His voice on a personal level.

This book will improve your ability to hear God. It’s designed to unlock your potential to be a greater asset to your church, your family, your workplace, and every arena of your life. No matter where you are in your walk with God, this book is an invaluable treasure; it will teach you how to know when God speaks; when you recognize His voice, you can be led by Him and develop greater intimacy with Him in the process.

This book provides exciting and revealing truths about dreams, visions, and prophecies. I’ve included examples of this fascinating realm based on extensive biblical studies and years of personal insight.

The book of Genesis, one of the most important books of the Bible, describes ten dreams. In chapter 28, we see how God uses dreams to get Joseph from the pit to the palace: Jacob dreamed and he could see angels moving up and down from heaven to earth (Genesis 28:12 NKJV).

If you don’t hear the voice of God at all, this book will give you step-by-step instructions on how to hear His voice clearly and consistently. Your newly developed sense of hearing will allow you to discover how you sometimes miss God’s voice or even His presence.

You will learn how to distinguish God’s voice from your own and recognize some of the ways the enemy limits your hearing, even when God is shouting to you. You will be trained to recognize obstructions that prevent you from hearing Him.

Joel 2 says that God speaks through dreams. By revealing that, it is assumed that we would know it’s Him speaking, but we don’t.

This book will equip you to hear Him speak this way and also understand what He is saying. You will learn the dream vocabulary God uses and find out how to receive and remember your dreams.

I have been pursuing God and pursuing a life of prayer for years. In search for answers, the Holy Spirit has taught me many principles and spiritual mechanics, which I share in this book.

You will uncover hidden secrets in the armor of God that have been ignored for thousands of years and realize their importance.

You will discover why the Bible kept them alive and learn how to choose the correct weapon for your warfare.

This book answers such questions as, How does the spiritual world operate today? How does the spiritual world function? And more.

Dream interpretation is one of the many ways to evangelize and clarify messages from God. Job 33:14–16 (NKJV) says, For God may speak in one way, or in another, yet man does not perceive it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instruction.

By the time you finish reading this book, you will be able to understand and interpret dreams: your own and those of your family, friends, coworkers, and any person you encounter in life.

"Every night we can connect with heaven through our

dreams, in the name of Jesus."

    —Deborah Manoushka.

    A Brief Example

Just a brief example to clarify my point - Christians and Muslims may have some major theological differences; however, there are quite a few similarities in our beliefs in Jesus. There are more than seventy verses in the Qur’an that refer to Jesus.

Muslims and Christians both believe that Jesus was born to Mary, a virgin. Qur’an 5:46, 47 says, And in their footsteps, We sent ‘Iesa [Jesus], son of Maryam [Mary], confirming the Taurat [Torah] that had come before him, and We gave him the Injeel [the gospel], in which was guidance and light and confirmation of the Taurat that had come before it, a guidance and an admonition for Al-Muttaqun [the pious].

Qur’an 3:44 says, O Muhammad, these are the ‘unseen’ things, We are revealing to you: you were not present there when the priests of the Temple were casting lots by throwing their quills to decide which of them should be the guardian of Mary: nor were you with them when they were arguing about it.

Qur’an 3:45–49 says, And when the angels said, ‘O Mary, God sends you the good news of a Command of His: his name shall be Messiah, Jesus son of Mary. He will be highly honored in this world and in the Next World and he will be among those favored by God. He will speak to the people alike when in the cradle and when grown up, and he will be among the righteous.’ Hearing this, Mary said, ‘How, O Lord, shall I have a son, when no man has ever touched me?’ ‘Thus shall it be,’ was the answer. God creates whatever He wills. When He decrees a thing, He only says, ‘Be’ and it is. [Continuing their message, the angels added,] ‘And God will teach him the Book and wisdom, and give him the knowledge of the Torah and the Gospel, and appoint him as His Messenger to the children of Israel.’

Islam teaches that Jesus was one of the most important prophets of God. Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqarah 2:136 says, We believe in God and what was revealed to us and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and what was revealed to Moses and Jesus and what was revealed to the prophets by their Lord. We make no distinction between them. And we are subject to Him.

Muslims, like Christians, believe that Jesus was resurrected after death. Both the Bible and the Qur’an say that whoever believes in Jesus will be rewarded, but the Qur’an adds that whoever does not believe in Jesus will be severely punished on Judgment Day.

Allah said, O Jesus, indeed I will take you and raise you to Myself and purify you from those who disbelieve and make those who follow you [in submission to Allah alone] superior to those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me is your return, and I will judge between you concerning that in which you used to differ. (Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah 3:55)

And as for those who disbelieved, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers. (Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah 3:56)

But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers. (Qur’an Surah Al-Baqarah 3:57)

Christians solely believe in the Bible. Muslims believe in the Qur’an; however, the Qur’an clearly refers Muslims to the Bible as a guide in case they have difficulties in understanding. The Qur’an says that God’s final word speaks of respecting all the previous Scriptures.

Prophet Ezekiel Conde, an ex-Muslim and now Christian, and a preacher at the Assemblée Chrétienne Christ Ressuscité (ACCR) in Lille, France, points out that the Qur’an in 2:136 clearly states that if one has doubts in what is said in the Qur’an, to read the preceding Holy Books that came before it. Prophet Ezekiel questions, What [do you think] are the books that came before the Qur’an? and he answers that the Holy Books that came before the Qur’an are the Torah (which is the first five books of the Jewish Bible), and the Holy Bible (the Old and New Testament, which tells the gospel of Jesus Christ).

Qur’an 3:3, 4, NJD says, He has revealed to you the Book with the truth, confirming the Scriptures which preceded it; for He has already revealed the Torah and the Gospel for the guidance of men.

Qur’an 10:94 says, And if thou wert in doubt as to what We have revealed unto thee, then ask those who read the Book from before thee. Verily the Truth from thy Lord hath come unto thee. So be not thou of the waverers.

What it means is that if you have any doubt about what we revealed to you (about the Day of Judgment and other matters of belief), ask those who read the book that was revealed (to the Prophets who lived) before you. Truly the truth has certainly come to you from your Lord. Thus, do not doubt it [in your heart] (Qur’an 10:94).

In this very last verse, the Qur’an is endorsing the use of the Holy Bible rather than trying to correct its teachings. Read the Book from before thee, it says. The only Books that were created before the Qur’an are the Torah and the Bible.

Dr. Zakir Abdul Karim Naik is a medical doctor, an Indian televangelist, and an Islamic preacher; he’s the founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation and also the founder of Peace TV. According to Wikipedia, he is an authority on comparative religion, perhaps the most influential Salafi ideologue in India, the rock star of tele-evangelism and proponent of modern Islam, and the world’s leading Salafi evangelist.

I don’t know Dr. Naik, but I’ve watched him quite a few times; he is highly educated and intelligent and is followed by millions. He has a final answer for everyone who confronts him about the Qur’an. I can say he knows it all, but does not tell all. I know for sure he will not like the fact that I am uncovering these kinds of truths to the whole world.

This book is mostly concerned about dreams, visions, and prophecy, their reality and their support for the Bible. Thus, in order to do that, you must know the Bible, its reality, and its accuracy. Many of the dreams and visions recorded in the Bible were prophetic, as they foretold future events. Daniel chapter 8 describes a vision he had using symbolism; the prophecy involved a ram and a male goat that overthrew the ram, trampling it down. An angelic messenger of God revealed that the two-horned ram … stands for the kings of Media and Persia. The hairy male goat stands for the king of Greece (Daniel 8:20–21 KJV).

History confirms that Medo-Persia succeeded Babylon as a world power. Then, about two hundred years later, Medo-Persia was conquered by the Greeks, led by Alexander the Great. Such fascinating accuracy characterizes Bible prophecy, including prophetic dreams. This fact alone sets the Bible apart from all other sacred books, making it worthy of confidence.

    CHAPTER 1

    Know How to Pray

If you find it difficult to focus when praying, you are certainly not alone. But there are ways to learn how to pray and grow closer to God, beginning with the right environment. The best place to pray is a quiet place with no one there to disturb you. Pray simply. Ask for forgiveness. Read the Bible. Pray for blessings. Praise God. Thank Him. And chant, Amen.

Toufik Benedictus Hinn, better known as Pastor Benny Hinn, is an Israeli televangelist, who leads miracle crusades and revivals and healing services on his television program This Is Your Day. Pastor Hinn says to start with this acknowledgment: Most High God! The Possessor of Heaven and Earth! Powerful Almighty! Lord God of Abraham! God of Isaac! God of Israel! Then follow these seven steps:

    1. Confession

    2. Supplication (Ask Him anything.)

    3. Adoration (Worship Him.)

    4. Intimacy (Say, God, I love You.)

    5. Intercession (He will show or tell you whom to pray for; most of the time, it’s your enemy.)

    6. Thanksgiving

    7. Praise

Billy Graham, founder of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, is a prominent evangelical Christian and an ordained Southern Baptist minister; he affirmed that God wants us to come to know Him more and more each day, and that Jesus’ disciples repeatedly asked for His help, and so should we. In fact, On one occasion, Jesus was praying, and when He finished, one of His disciples said to him, Lord, teach us to pray (Luke 11:1 NIV).

Graham affirms that God hears our prayers on all occasions, whether we’re praying out loud or praying silently in our hearts and minds, that He knows all about us and knows what is going on inside us, both good and bad.

The Bible says that God judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart (Hebrews 4:12 KJV). And Proverbs 15:26 (KJV) says, The Lord detests the thoughts of the wicked, but those of the pure are pleasing to him.

I believe that God still hears our prayers, even when we can’t put them into words. He hears when our hearts are too burdened or confused to speak. Romans 8:26 (NIV) says, The Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us [with groans that words cannot express.]

Graham asserts that one of God’s greatest gifts to us is the privilege of prayer, a privilege that is possible because of what Jesus did for us on the cross. The Bible says, Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 NLT).

    Does God Really Answer Prayers?

Graham says prayer is one of our greatest privileges as God’s children; he encourages us to not stop praying, even if God doesn’t seem to answer our prayers at first. He says that since God loves us, no prayer goes unanswered.

Graham cites the story Jesus told about a poor widow who repeatedly asked a corrupt judge to rule in her favor (Luke 18:1–8 KJV). He said the judge repeatedly refused, not because her request was wrong, but because he just didn’t care. But because of her persistence, he eventually gave in and granted her what she deserved. In a far greater way, He said, God, who is righteous and does care for us, hears the prayers of His people. We must never give up.

Graham shared two lessons of this story. First, he said, we must realize that God sometimes actually answers our prayers when we don’t realize it, since His answer may be No or Wait. We think we know what’s best for us, but God sees the whole picture, and He may lovingly refuse to give us what we request because He knows it isn’t according to His perfect plan. Second, Graham said, we need to remember that we have the privilege of coming to God only because Jesus Christ died for our sins.

Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa of the United Family International Church (UFIC) in Zimbabwe, who, vividly prophesied about the Covid-19 on November 20, 2016, and on July 2, 2017, which eventually occurred in 2020, said in an online service that God spoke to him concerning the operations of the Holy Spirit, which are triggered by prayers.

Prophet Makandiwa said God told him that prayer doesn’t make someone spiritual. He said you don’t become spiritual by praying too much, and you don’t become spiritual by extending your time in prayer; the intensity of your prayer does not improve your spirituality, and prayer doesn’t make you more spiritual. Instead, prayer is what spiritual people do; you pray because you are spiritual.

Prophet Makandiwa stated that God does not answer a prayer; He answers the person who is praying. The person behind the prayer is who God answers, more so than the prayer.

God answers the one praying, he said, not the prayer. You pray because you are spiritual. Is it the right person praying?" Then he said that if God was in the business of answering every prayer simply because prayer is prayer, then everyone’s prayer would be answered.

The reason God ignores some prayers, he said, is because of the person praying, the one behind the prayer. If you want God to answer your prayers, then first you must fast and become the right person to pray. You must look at yourself and qualify yourself and be the right person behind the words that you speak.

The discipline of fasting was found in both the Old and New Testament eras. Fasting is a biblical way to truly humble yourself in the sight of God. It enables the Holy Spirit to reveal your true spiritual condition, resulting in brokenness, repentance, and a transformed life.

Prophet Makandiwa said that God looks at where the prayer is coming from. It’s not about praying right; it’s about becoming the right person to pray, being the right person, qualifying for the words that you speak.
