Edward R. Johnson is a native Philadelphian, an ordained Deacon who is actively involved in Christian Education. Edward's involvement spans over two decades as a youth & adult Sunday School teacher, VBS teacher, youth and adult Bible Study, and Christian Spiritual Development Sessions. Edward is also a musician who has written, arranged, produced songs and concerts. Edwards' musical interest was sparked at an early age by pianist Herbie Hancock. However, when he heard a pianist Thelonious Monk, it awakened a revolutionary way of understanding and constructing music. Edward has recorded CDs, worked in various studios, and has worked and performed with some of the most accomplished musicians in the city of Philadelphia. After graduating from High School and during first year of college, he continued to pursue his passion for music and the piano. Edward is also an entrepreneur. Edward is the founder of COPE-Community Outreach Project, a non-profit organization that utilizes the latest best practices to implement the various services offered to its participants.

In the words of the O’Jays in their 1975 hit song I Love Music, they say in-part:

I love music, any kind of music, I love music, just as long as it’s grooving

We all love music. Regardless of your age, health, physical or emotional state, according to some scientists, listening to music has some amazing benefits. Even in therapy, music is used as an intervention to accomplish individualized goals. Music is one of the fairest and most glorious gifts of God, to which Satan is a bitter enemy, for it removes from the heart the weight of sorrow, and the fascination of evil thoughts. - Martin Luther

Colossians 3:16-AMP, Let the (spoken) word of Christ have its home within you (dwelling in your heart and mind-permeating every aspect of your being) as you teach (spiritual things) and admonish and train one another with all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Lucifer loves music also, as a matter of fact, he is likened to a musical instrument. What is interesting is that 40 years before the first commercially released rap song came out - (Rappers Delight by the Sugar Hill Gang) and 55years before the first Gangsta Rap song - (Straight out of Compton by NWA) was released, In the book THE INFLUENCE OF MUSIC IN WORLD HISTORY, Author Cyril Scott said the following in 1925. "Music in the future is to be used to bring people into yet closer touch with the Devas [spirits]; they will be enabled to partake of the benefit [beneficial] influence of these beings while attending concerts at which by the appropriate type of sound they have been invoked."

(Devas Spirit: In the New Age movement Devas spirit refers to any of the spiritual forces or beings behind nature. The origin of the word ‘deva’ (Not DIVA) comes from the Sanskrit language - (Sanskrit is a language of ancient India as well as Hinduism and Buddhism). According to Theosophist Charles Webster Leadbeater, an author on the occult, devas represent a separate evolution to that of humanity).

Cyril Scott is a composer/musician, writer-poet, and occultist. An occultist is a person who believes in the practice of the supernatural and the power of magic, i.e., witchcraft. The significance of the above quote by Cyril Scott, in my opinion, shows how he was inspired to write about the influence that Lucifer would have on the music industry and its listeners decades into the future. "Lucifer has always been highly involved with music, beginning in heaven. "Satan had led the heavenly choir." Lucifer was gifted as an angelic instrument and presided over worship in heaven. Now he presides over music on earth.

To all musicians, actors’ rappers, singers, whatever artistic ability God has blessed you with, know that in the book of Psalm 24:1-AMP, the word of God tells us the following:

Psalm 24:1-AMP, The earth is the Lords and the fullness of it, the world and those who dwell in it.

And in Psalm 50:10-12-AMP, it tells us "For every beast of the forest is Mine, And the cattle on a thousand hills. ¹¹ "I know every bird of the mountains, and everything that moves in the field is Mine. ¹² "If I were hungry, I would not tell you, For the world and all it contains are Mine.

Because the world and all that it contains belong to God, we must understand that all gifts/talents come from him., James 1:17-AMP tells us the following 17 Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of lights (the Creator and Sustainer of the heavens), in whom there is no variation (no rising or setting) or shadow cast by His turning (for He is perfect and never changes).

Taking into consideration the three scriptures above, we need to understand that the things in life that we so long for - good health, family, fine home, car, money, career, etc. it is ours for the asking. It is not God’s will that we are deprived of the finer things in life. The Bible tells us in 3rd John 1:2-AMP, ² Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health [physically], just as [I know] your soul prospers [spiritually]. But we must put things into their proper perspective. The Bible also tells us in Matthew 6:33-AMP, ³³ But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things will be given to you also. Psalm 37:4-AMP tells us – "Delight yourself in the Lord, And He will give you the desires and petitions of your heart".

We as believers do not have to Play the game, Go up to the room, Compromise, Barter, Beg, Steal or Sell anything to be Prosperous. There is a whole world out there who doesn’t know the benefits of salvation and the plan that God has for our lives according to Jeremiah 29:11-AMP - (For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you; says the Lord, plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and
