I could love you
with ten thousand
suns
I could love you
with all the
seas
Don’t make
the universe
w a i t
for us
You know she loves you,
She said stirring her coffee.
"I know. She deserves
more though." His eyes lowered.
She sighed, "she doesn’t care where
you are now, she cares
to help you get where you’re
going.
Don’t let her walk away
because you believe in the
‘right time’ bullshit.
Nothing is ever the
right time."
The sun grazed
over his eyes
through the
window
The dawn crowding
out the demons
in his chest.
Good morning.
Pools of liquid
honey
staring back
at him.
Those songs
that I related to
you
can finally play
without me missing you
and that’s
okay.
It’s good that
you’re finally
gone
from me.
Coffee stained napkins
they match the dried tears
on my cheek
The kettle on the stove
She screams
like I wish I could
I am madness
C H A O S
"Oh how I loved him.
It was like…"
Like what?
He asked?
"Like fireworks or maybe an explosion.
It was white hot and
it almost killed me.
I was deaf and scared.
I loved every second of it.
He was like drowning
and then coming up for air."
His lips turned up,
"Baby, you just described
yourself."
I’m brilliant.
I’m hilarious.
I’m adoration slathered in kindness.
I’m curious.
I’m talented.
I’m stunning.
I’m so much more than cute.
Goddamnit.
Look at my soul.
I am a sunset in the mountains.
I am the waves upon the shore.
I am a masterpiece.
And maybe one day
I’ll believe it.
It’s lonely that I’m fucking
Lonely that’s sprawled
across my sheets
Lonely that calls me when
it
