Alicia Thompson-White

Alicia Thompson-White was born and raised in Alabama. She experienced extreme shyness at a young age, so writing became an outlet for her. Throughout the years, she has used her love for writing to navigate her journey in life. She currently resides in Texas with her husband. Professionally, she has worked in the areas of social services, behavioral services, and education. She obtained a bachelor of arts and master of education. This is the second book Alicia has written. With each book, she hopes to inspire others to trust the process even when they don’t understand—to trust that God has not abandoned them in the season they are experiencing. Color My Seasons is a vivid illustration of navigating through the seasons in life. We all face moments of shifting, but we must never give up. We are never defined by our failures or disappointments. Always strive to become a better version of you, a version you are proud of. As you reflect on the mountaintop and valley seasons you have experienced, color it and then walk in purpose. Alicia Thompson-White colors this season rebirth.

    About the Author

In honor and loving memory of my mother, Constance W. Thompson, and my grandparents Alphonse H. Williams and Alice M. Williams. Your legacy lives on. I love you always and forever.

And provide for those who grieve in Zion—to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor.
