I’ve grown up on a peninsula that has such real and magnificent views. I am 32 years old and as a teen I began my interest with music, or recognised how selfishly I enjoyed it. I purchased a guitar, and began my journey as a musician. Teaching myself how much I wanted to say with music notation, and poems. My story of these rhymes came upon by accident as I wished to write children’s books. I am motivated by silly smiles, silly rhymes and rocking relaxation. I walk into a different world one I can develop the mood of with a piece of classically influenced music. I started this book as an idea and a concept to throw away, but fondly through persuasion I began simply the writing, and fell into a pattern with it. Writing has been an addictive way to explore my imagination.

Shadow Entities

To predestine a spell,
Is a mind step,
That fools us all,
Lasting one last time,
Resign, to divine, surreal,
An insomniac would revive, reveal a jinx on his face,
Call this an enlightenment,
An awakening, an espy,
Wisdom to our race.
Candlelight,
Are we valued write an evolutionary novel.
Fairies 47295.png
If we were to just consider whilst we were lost for words,
To surrender ourselves would express an accusation of trivial thoughts.
Opportunity awaits us,
As fantasy revisits us,
Through the excitement and wonder of our hearts.
The illusion and secrets,
Remain undiscovered,
Until the power of nature falls within a balance.
Sombre, if not explored.
Tainted, if rediscovered.
Celestial, when experienced.

Is an angel on our shoulder the indecision that we make?
Trusting the balance of our steps to forward our movement right,
Do we consider in a brief moment a turn on our left?
Is this the symbolism of a world best kept forward, out of harm’s way?
Within the darkest shadows that appear helpless to the naked eye,
Wandering like a gypsy,
Hiding her pain,
Is it the memory of myth that surrounds her?
An instant her name,
Still a slight evasion,
A caution within life’s wake,
Making promise empty,
If it were not for every mistake, recognised, reasoned, beyond a mind sublime,
