This book started many years ago. In the spring of 2005 I lay in hospital with a mystery illness. In and out of consciousness and stroke like symptoms I had doctors baffled. For seven days they struggled to find what was causing this. However I had started to suspect chemicals were at the heart of it. Each time I came in contact with a perfume or cleaning agent I would experience dizziness and loose consciousness. I continued to get worse and on the 3rd day I found myself travelling down a long corridor. At the end of the corridor spirit stopped me and said this is not your time.

I have had conscious contact and communication with spirit for as long as I can remember and on coming back into my body they said that what was happening to my body is what is also happening to the earth. They continued to tell me that my north had gone south and my south had gone north from the chemicals that had previously surrounded me. They said this is an early warning of what will collectively not only happen to our bodies but the earth if we do not change our ways. We want you to add your voice and experience to the choir of voices that are already speaking up and write about this. We wish you to highlight the extreme damage small amounts of constant exposure can cause along with your knowledge of the realm of spirit.

It has taken many years after this event to finally complete this book but it is finally completed. I will always be so eternally grateful to Sandra Curle for all her support and her amazing knowledge that was ahead of her time in helping me heal. Her vast knowledge on health and pesticides, herbicides and chemical substances put the pieces together that traditional medicine was unable to do. Through her vibrational medicine and her huge love and support I got through and eventually fully healed. Thank you so much Sandra for your selfless giving and unwavering support through such a difficult time.

A huge thank you also to Donna Cornelius at Integrated Health. I am beyond grateful to you in supporting me to heal. What a healing light and beautiful angel you are I cannot thank you enough.

Personal Awakening - Planetary Awakening

Each person comes into this world with a specific destiny – he has something to fulfill, some message has to be delivered, some work has to be completed. You are not here accidentally – you are here meaningfully. There is purpose behind you. The whole intends to do something through you. - Osho

The Prophecy of the Rainbow Warriors, Silver Song Cree/Blackfoot.

This is the way I’ve heard the legend, passed down through the ages.

A time will come when the Earth and all of life will need our help. At this time a tribe will gather from all cultures of the world. They will be recognized by their spirit connection and life giving actions towards the finned, the winged, the creepy crawling, the standing green growing, the four legged, two legged nations and all that is. They will awaken humankind to find a star inside themselves. This star will guide them to overcome the mountains of ignorance, prejudice, hatred and fear through compassion, harmony and honour. They will find a new song and a new dream. The beautiful bow that hangs in the sky after a storm is a monument to these ones.

All of us that have incarnated on the planet at this time and have this vision are the tribe, we are the rainbow warriors, but first we must heal ourselves. We are the dream and vision of the ancient ones of long ago. We are here at this time to contribute and experience to an extraordinary destiny by giving birth to a New World, a new consciousness. To be brave pioneers and make the journey from our head to our hearts, and live our potential. To clear our stories of old and step into our creative selves. To be of service to a power greater than I and not make the same mistakes of times gone by.

We are standing on the horizon of the dawning of a New Age and a New Humanity. There is a window of opportunity available to us for Global Awakening. A call to remember who we are is being sung down from the heavens causing an awakening in the human psyche, it’s taking place; it’s sweeping over the consciousness of all of humanity. Like a tsunami of light, a vast shift in human consciousness is unfolding and a new era is upon us. It is not by accident that we are here at this unique and significant time in history. We are here to reclaim ourselves and call all of ourselves back home while in physical form. To break apart old archaic belief systems and leave behind the unconsciousness of our past. We have come to be conscious ambassadors and co-create a more loving and kinder humanity and to transcend suffering. We have come to claim our ancient heritage and live the sacred vision that lives deep in every single heart on the planet.

We are the brave pioneers, the daring souls that put our hands up for this great adventure—to venture into the wild wilderness of our hearts and discover our inner landscape with its deep riches. To reclaim our highest human potential and help cultivate an awakened human race.

We all hold a piece to the cosmic puzzle of the Global Heart and are all being called forth to honor our inner calling so we can contribute to the healing of ourselves and Mother Earth.

We volunteered and we put our hands up to live our lives from our hearts – to restore faith and to plant seeds of hope and love. To inspire one another and be each others awakeners. By mastering the duality that lives within each one of us we can help dismantle and move away from old paradigms of suffering that no longer serve us.

We instinctively knew this to be a time of enormous evolutionary growth and that humanity would have the opportunity to take the necessary steps from thinking from our heads and move into operating from our hearts; to merge together—both our humanness and our spirit. It is time for a great paradigm shift and we are on the precipice of this restoration heralding in the keys that will bring about a global transformation and change in the human psyche.

From many distant corners we heard the call of this unique moment and understood the opportunity was like no other time in human history. A time of the beginning of a new world emerging; and the end of an old world dismantling. A time of a Great Purification into peace and self-empowerment where we can become a conscious commUNITY. A time when we can write a whole new history.

It has always been referred to by ancient prophecies as The Great Shift of the Ages. This is the beginning point of that time and we have the privilege to be living in it.

With the radical shift in the paradigm of human consciousness at this time, so much is possible now on Earth. Finally - after many cycles where we have been held in a restrictive pattern, we can take a giant evolutionary leap and birth a New World.

We now can stop perpetuating this destructive course that we are on by stopping our old collective patterns of neglect and unworthiness that have been handed down to us through the generations. Created from these old misconceptions we know deep inside us that these flawed belief systems are not our True Essence and we are shifting away from the false notion that what we do to each other, the planet, and other species is separate from ourselves and has no impact. We have been living lives with a belief in separation that has caused us to operate from the ‘I’ instead of the ‘We’. Our collectively held illusion of the separate self is the challenge we have. This misconception has cut into the very fabric of our hearts and distorted our minds, which has seen us operate outside the Sacred Law of Oneness. It has kept us chained to the wheel of suffering.

In our confusion of the mind we have separated ourselves from our Divine Intelligence and are operating from these false identities. We have been mimicking beliefs and behaviours that are not our own by only focusing on individual consciousness. This has caused us to compromise our morals, values and beliefs. The problems we are facing in the world today may seem at first glance external, yet they are really problems with our own inner selves and our own inability to love ourselves. They all stem from the core of our own inner isolation and disconnection from our Divine Source and denial of our emotional selves. Collectively we have been living unenlightened and we are being called to clear our human errors and reconnect with our Spiritual Principals and heal our emotional poverty. Long ago when we fell asleep we went outside of ourselves for power when really we should have been first sourcing from the inside out. Yet we are awakening and are dissolving the great mystery and realizing that authentic power does not live in our external landscape. Many are hearing the sweet sound of the sacred inner note that is calling – it is echoing out and cutting through old illusions. We are awakening and as we start to remove ourselves from the artificial and adjust our way of thinking by trusting to journey inside our hearts we are discovering what has eluded us all along.

That our inner life holds more power than our external environment. That inside us all we hold a great gift and solution, and when we embrace the fact, our inward transformation is a removal from outside validation. When we rearrange and heal the internal chaos the external chaos heals. When our heads and hearts align and we find our authentic voices we will sing the song of the new world.

There is so much changing and unfolding before us and our unique contributions matter; we are all the hope to unfold a global shift and our generation stands at a choice point unlike any generation before us. We are guardians of a future generation—what do we choose: Love or fear? Victim or conscious co creators? Shadow or light?

We were all born loving and with innocence we have just learnt to operate from fear by taking direction guided by the unhealed sadness of a wounded humanity.

So many have endured so much and we lost our way for a while, but we are coming out from the Collective Shadow and moving into the next stage of self-awareness. We are reconnecting with our Ancient Wisdom and remembering that we are so much more than what we are currently expressing and we deserve so much more than we are allowing ourselves to receive. With courage we can plant seeds of love, relinquish the fear and be the hope for a brighter world.

We as individuals, and then collectively, can turn the tide and create a new story so a New World can emerge from the ashes of our transformations.

We have such an amazing opportunity in our hands to progress yet our denial of spiritual laws will dramatically impede our advancement if we do not start incorporating these natural laws and principles of creation into the way we live our every day lives.

We cannot create a New World on the existing narratives; we must release all that is obstructing us and weighing us down. These old misconceptions need to be dismantled so we can build on top of a foundation that can withhold the strength of love. One that is built upon the bedrock of moral and ethical integrity and Spiritual Principles that humanity can operate from. One that places us back in alignment with Sacred Laws.

When we stop suppressing our emotions and address our Shadow Self we can move away from the old habits of spiritually and emotionally bypassing, and begin to restore ourselves from within. We can create new messages and new stories for ourselves and programme ourselves from our Higher Wisdom. By listening again to our Inner Authority we can rebuild our modes of thinking back into alignment with Universal Laws and disengage from structures and voices that have only been leading us down the path of destruction and dis-ease. We can restore a distorted value system not only on an individual level but on a global scale and re-establish harmony once again.

The reality is we live in a competitive world and have been wired for stress through connecting with chaos and fear. It is crystal clear that we have bought into the false illusion that happiness is outside of us. This unhealthy construct has seen us stuck in a destructive looping pattern of despair. The world is in pain because the world is homeless and starving of deeper connection. It is the core of our suffering and this has caused us to become fractured and fragmented as we have gone from one temporary external thing to another in the hope of finding salvation. This preoccupation that our happiness is just around the corner and outside of us has caused us to be like the donkey following the dangling carrot.

We have been externally wired and this distortion has become our focus. It has seen that far too many of us are ill-prepared to honor the wisdom that our emotional landscape offers us.

The denial of our pain has created a society of disconnection and disassociation that is causing us to suffer and become discouraged. Our culture is built around survivalism and from this we are losing the capability to be objective and discerning. We have historically chosen greed and comfort over humanitarianism, and in the process allowed our human decency to
