Russ Simmons grew up surrounded by a spiritual family, and when he was young he was part of many spiritual studies and activities. INTRODUCTION

The Universe is a state of mind … God’s mind.

There is no physical Universe, only the perception of an endless expanse.

From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God. (Revelation 4:5)

The Bible here speaks about the seven spirits of God. We reside in one of these houses or levels of God’s Spirit. Our physical presence on earth is a level of God’s Spirit. Our reason for being here is to improve our spirits in order to reach the next higher level of God’s universe.

John 14:2 says, "My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?" This verse gives us the seven levels of God’s mind. The word many is in this physical plane or universe. One is the goal of all-knowing heaven. God gives us a physical map of planets and galaxies so we have a location for existence and for the expansion of our physical minds.

Scientists tell us that the universe is expanding. This is true of the thoughts of God. They are always moving and are always fluid. They must expand to keep ahead of human education. With each lifetime, we have the free will to either elevate or decrease our souls’ level. This
