Only one person that we know of, in the history of Mankind, has had that power and who demonstrated it in detail, under the most difficult human conditions’ but even more importantly, we must all learn and practice his primary directive for Mankind, and that is to Love our Neighbor as we love ourselves. And our Wives, Children and our Families.

CHAPTER ONE

A METANOIA

WHAT IS LIFE ON EARTH ALL ABOUT?

Who created Man and the Universe? Does Man really have a purpose on Earth?

These two questions have been at the root of all questions about mankind became articulate enough to question his existence and the world around him. Who did create Man and our Universe? It is a generally accepted belief today that a supreme intelligence, who most of the World call God created the World and everything in it.

If we agree to accept that premise, then what is Man’s purpose? On Earth? This question was answered several times thousands of years ago and the answer has come down to us in written form which is the Bible. And several other major works relating to Man.

One reason that these answers to these two questions are frequently overlooked, is that the answers are very simple and very basic. Even after several thousand years, Mankind, as a whole, is still recognize, accept and practice them.

Jesus repeated them clearly for us in the New Testament. In the Book of Matthew, Chapter 22, verses 37-40, in these verses he says that we should love only one God, (a Spiritual God) and to Love our Neighbor as ourselves.

During many years of research and study, studies of the major Christian religions in the world, one fact stood out with startling clarity. To put plainly, they discovered that the simplicity of the Christ message had been lost.

CONCEPT OF GOD AND LOVE

Before you proceed any further in your individual growth regarding these two Spiritual concepts, you have to define these two primary words which are essential elements of what you are trying to understand ie: the two words of God and Love.

Each of us has formed a concept and a definition of both of these words based on our theological education: our religious experiences; our general education; and our daily life experiences.

Our individual understanding of these two words is engrained in the mind of each of us. So we must keep this in our thoughts as we work on developing an expanded understanding of these two concepts.

Let me emphasize here that personal growth can only occur through the process of change and each of us as individuals, are psychologically programmed in our subconscious mind to resist change. Therefore, accepting new concepts and ideas about these two very personal subjects may require changes that may be both uncomfortable and occasionally even painful to you. But, sustained individual growth in any area requires changes in both your concepts and in your habits of thought.

Let’s begin by concentrating on the definition of God. How do you define the infinite in finite terms?? You can’t.
