Unexplainable Freedom
()
About this ebook
Unexplainable Freedom shares the story of this forgiven sinner and her rocky road to finding who Jesus really is and how available he is to all people. You will find an authentic mom and wife openly sharing her struggles, success, shame, heartache, and encounters as she navigates life to pursue hard after God’s own heart. The desire for this book is not only for you to enjoy hearing her story of redemption but also to be able to self-reflect on your own life so that you too can find unexplainable freedom and become the next forgiven sinner.
Unexplainable Freedom is an open, honest, and compelling invitation to understand our own stories and discover the freedom from heartache that is possible. The author’s candid portrayal of her struggles as an adult child of divorce and her journey of surrender to Christ draws us into the embrace of a heavenly Father who will never leave us. I wholeheartedly recommend this book!

Life can be cruel and just plain hard. We can go through times of feeling like we don’t add up, unfit to be loved, failing as a spouse or a parent and wondering what the “American dream” really means. Forgiven Sinner’s story of overcoming not just obstacles in marriage and parenting but also making decisions on chasing that move up the corporate ladder can seem all too familiar to a lot of us. Her choice to lean solely on Jesus to give her purpose and true fulfillment in life should be freeing for anyone who reads Unexplainable Freedom.

If you have ever lived your life striving for perfection but feeling utterly defeated by events that spin your life out of control and push that goal just beyond your grasp, Unexplainable Freedom, Forgiven Sinner is the book for you. The author’s vulnerability and transparency in sharing her story is inspiring and will intersect with your story at your point of deepest pain and frustration. It will practically show you how living a life of full surrender to The Author of all of our stories will bring you freedom and joy you never thought possible.

Forgiven Sinner
This Forgiven Sinner has been set free in Christ. Growing up a suburban girl to now a country club wife and mother, she has experienced a lot of highs and lows in her life. Throughout her journey she has learned what it means to depend on the Lord for her every need and to finally let go of a lot of guilt and shame that was enslaving her to bondage. She has been given a story worth sharing in hopes for other women to discover the same freedom in Christ that she has found. It is true that you can't have a story without giving God all the glory.

In a world where women are expected to be perfectly polished wives, mothers, and career-makers, rarely do we ever push pause on these expectations and walk in the truth of what God has called us to be. This book is a story of redemption that encourages women to see a clear picture of what freedom through Christ truly is.

Forgiven Sinner is beautifully bold in how she shares her heart, past, and most intimate moments. As a body of believers I think we would all be more free to live fully alive and filled with joy if we shared our vulnerable realities in life with our sacred community of friends, seeking God’s goodness in the midst of our messy. I pray this book helps you share openly with a trusted friend the beautiful story God is writing in your life.

To my husband, my best friend, thank you for choosing me to do life with. For loving me unconditionally and encouraging me to pursue the callings God puts on my heart. You believe in me and challenge me in ways that make me better. You are the best dad I could have ever asked for and I am so very grateful for the ways you make us all laugh and most importantly the ways you teach us to love others well.
To my children, you have no idea how proud I am of each of you. You are my pride and joy. I love getting to share life with you and be a part of pointing you to the truth of how much God loves you. Please forgive me for the numerous times I have and will fail you. Remember who you are fathered by and never doubt the love he has for you. Be in relationship with Jesus every single day. He will never fail you. Go be servant hearted, loving and kind, and proud of the faith you have chosen.
To my cousin for helping make this book a reality, my sister-in-law for editing, my immediate family for encouraging, and for so many friends and extended family who have believed in me along the way. Thank you!
To my Abba Father, I love you. Thank you for loving me so, so well!

Intro: All For God’s Glory
I have dreamt of publishing a book for many years. One that would inspire other people; keep me excited to want to keep coming back to my computer to work; and one that gives great hope to people who might have a similar story. I envisioned writing children’s stories, self-help books, and devotionals. It never occurred to me to simply tell the story of my life. But that was the calling that ended up staring me right in the face. I would ask myself, Who would even care to pick up a book and read about my life? No one really knows me. My life doesn’t really matter to other people!
Then I realized, writing this book isn’t about me. It’s about the real author who created me. I am just one of the characters in a story. The author who has written every detail deserves the credit. I just get to be the character that comes to share the story of redemption, pursuit, desire, and forgiveness with anyone that is looking for deeper answers. It is his story, and I just get to be a part of his work.
In case you do not know about this author, let me be the first to tell you that he is writing a story in you, too. My questions are these: Are you allowing him to be the author? Have you given him full reign to decide what will happen next? How will you move forward, and when will you be able to reveal the greatest discovery of your life is Jesus Christ? The story in each of our lives never ends until he calls us home. How will you live out the story that he has for you? Will you be a doer of his vision for your life? Or will you do what you want, on your time, and with your people? Will the desires he has for your life be fulfilled when you pursue him and carry out his story?
I am about to unveil the good, the bad, and the ugly of the story Jesus has written and is still writing on my own life. An ordinary girl,
